Family owned and operated since 2001, Precision Door Service specializes in garage door repair, garage door opener repair, replacement garage doors and new garage door openers. "The nightmare is not over. It took months to have the first garage door delivered and the panel with the glass was damaged. The replacement also came in damaged, so we are waiting on another replacement. We hired Precision because they also had a siding contractor that did their trim work. Because of COVID, he was not able to work the same day. Months later, he reports that Precision has him so busy he has not been able to do anything with our job. The main reason we hired them—one company to deal with—has turned into us having to serve as general contractor for their sub-contractor."
