Description of Work: Replaced my oven sensor (I had left the oven door closed while the broiler was on, burning out the sensor... Don't DO that! :-) | |They came promptly and fixed the problem right away. I can't remember the exact price but it was reasonable. Very professional... and cleaned up after himself. I would use them again without question.

+ -1 moreOur washer made a horrible noise, then stopped working (on the weekend, of course). We found Eagle Appliance through the online referral service from the brand web site. Debbie called us back the first working day after receiving our message, and Dewayne came within a few days of our call and quickly diagnosed the problem. It required a part that had to be ordered, but he made the washer workable in the meantime. For both visits to our house, he was extremely timely, professional, pleasant, and great to work with. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the level of service he provided. He was also very fast, each visit took maybe 30 minutes, tops. The longest part of the process was waiting for the part to come in, but that was beyond his control.
Description of Work: Dewayne diagnosed and explained a problem with our washer, then returned about two weeks later to replace the part that was damaged. An estimate was given at the first visit, and payment was expected at that time, but it was so affordable I kept asking if the second visit required another payment. It did not, which was great.
