I waited 30 years to add a screen porch to my home and I am very happy with the results from DDR. Jesse is a very capable designer who listened carefully to my initial thoughts and created a very workable plan within my stated budget. His enthusiasm for the project plans was contagious! Project manager Jon guided me in selection of related purchases, location for hanging a swing, etc. and was always quick to respond to my text questions. When minor issues arose along the way he would assure me, â Weâ ll take care of that,â and they always did! I now have an attractive, serviceable screen porch that my cats and I are enjoying; I am very appreciative of the service provided by DDR and am happy to recommend them for home remodeling projects.

Jon, Jesse, and their project manager Scott done an amazing job with our new sunroom / deck addition. Jesse presented us options and was very knowledgeable about what we could and couldn't do with our above ground deck, soon to be sunroom. Once the project started their project manager Scott did a great job communicating and explaining things to my wife and me. We asked a ton of questions; Scott always provided an answer. In today's times what makes DDR so unique is the fact they use all their own people to do all facets of the construction. You are not dealing with multiple contractors; you are dealing with one company that strives to satisfy their clients.

Jon and his team did a great job on my full finish basement project. Some hiccups along the way but Jon and his were easy to work with through the whole process. DDR is worth the price.

Start to finish, DDR impressed us with their professionalism and workmanship. We hired them to transform a porch into a screened room wrapped with a deck. They provided accurate estimates of project start and completion dates, regular progress reports, and timely communication about workersâ arrivals. Their crews were amazingly efficient, working together as a well-oiled machine, getting things done without cutting corners on quality. Everything is tight and true. They took good care to tie the porch roof into the main roof without interfering with our solar panels. We used DDR for our detached garage project. Work started on time and was completed very quickly, about 4 weeks for a 2.5 car garage which was amazing! The garage turned out fantastic and we get a lot of compliments on it. The PM assigned to our project was fantastic and did a great job of communicating status updates and schedules. I highly recommend and would definitely use DDR again for any future projects

Communication between Kyle and his crew was outstanding. The workmanship came out beautiful and everyone loves the new addition and deck. It was completed within the timeline told and any minor issues along the way were taken care of ASAP. I would definitely recommend DDR!

The workmanship on our new deck is Perfect.We added a roof and wrapped all the deck in cedar it is beautiful. The boards and railing are cut to perfection.. Great Job we highly recommend this DDR Company. We had very few items to improve but when we asked for a change the Stsff was always very supportive . Now that the job is nearly finished we are certain we selected the right company for this job.

We found DDR through a home and garden show. They were the first to respond to our inquiries about having a garage built. None of the other companies we spoke to responded in a timely manner. From beginning to end DDR was there to respond to any questions we had throughout the whole process. We needed a demolition of our old garage, new concrete pads, and the construction of our dream garage, a 726 sq foot, two car, and maker workspace. We were quoted a price and negotiated from there. Jesse the CAD designer had plans to us about a week later, we asked to have the garage rotated so the gable was facing front and they changed it no problem. After the initial wait to break ground of about a month and half things went very quickly. Chris our project manager contacted us at every phase and answered any questions we might have had each time. The old garage was down in a day and gone by the end of the week. The new foundation was poured that same week. The building material can the following week and we had framing and roof on by the end of the second week. Every aspect was solidly built. There was a bit of damage to our gutter where a truck delivering gravel had ripped a hole and DDR took responsibility for and repaired it. The third week was electrical and main door installation. We asked for windows in the door after the fact and they were added no problem. We did pay the door company an additional amount because it was not originally quoted in the price. They also worked with us to design a drain so that there would be no standing water in front of the garage which was a problem with our original one. We did pay a premium price for this garage, but we also received no worry premium service that was fast and professional. I highly recommend them for people ready to move on a project that they have been saving and planning to do. DDR offers 2-year labor warranty that includes the door. Various materials have other individual warranties as well. We are definitely going to use DDR again to design and build our craftsman style front porch in the future.

We hired Distinctive Design Remodeling to turn our back patio into a full family-room addition. Not only did they fit us into the schedule, but their work has been absolutely phenomenal. Kyle, our project manager, has been super responsive throughout the entire process and has always answered our questions. The work crew has been timely, friendly, and has done a fantastic. We love our new addition, and are so glad we chose DDR!

Eain with DDR has been exceptional through the entire process of building my addition. He kept me informed with timing of things that would occur for the project. He would text me frequently or come by in person when I was at home to provide details. He took time to make sure that I was happy with how the project was coming along and that everything that I wanted done with the project was completed to my satisfaction. Also, the project was completed very quickly with minor delays that can be expected with an addition. I would use them again and recommend Eain and DDR for any addition project.

The Distinctive Design team has been outstanding from the start. The member who came to look at our basement and give us a proposal was by far the most credible person to come out. Once we accepted the proposal the team immediately began planning and were on sight within a week. Each of the different teams (framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and trim) were respectful of our home (including loving on our dogs) and worked long, hard hours to make sure that the job was done right. Our main point of contact throughout was Jordan who kept us up on each phase of product delivery and made sure we had everything needed to keep the project moving. Distinctive Design wasn't the cheapest bid we received, but as the old adage goes, "You get what you pay for." We are very satisfied with the end product and look forward to showing off our new, finished basement. We would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.
