DR Review Weâ d give the overall project an A letter grade regarding the design, the project management, being able to handle an extremely large project, walking the talk of a fixed price from start to finish, quality of the materials, staff and work done, ability to have direct access to all the different skill sets required to complete a project with minimal delays. Plus, they offer a 2-year warranty.   This was a major renovation adding 800 square feet plus helping us update/repair things in other parts of this 50-year-old house that weâ d tried to have done for decades So DDR can adequately large-scale projects with lots of moving parts as well as smaller projects.   The initial design was solid but like any project of this size, small tweaks need to be made along the way and the DDR has the ability to be flexible and agile in making those tweaks with no additional cost or loss of quality.   The day that DDR said they would start is actually the day they started.    The project management was an A+.  Am very familiar with project managers in my working life as it relates to small- and large-scale technology implementations. Requires tremendous communication skills and background/knowledge of what needs to be done. Scott Hurdle was just outstanding and so dependable from start to finish. Will miss his near daily visit to our home to ensure the project was successful.    Got to know and enjoyed interacting with nearly all the 40-50 people that were part of this project in some meaningful way. Hard workers, all of them.  Always felt comfortable with the DDR staff in and around my home.   The cost was a fixed cost and stayed the same from start to finish with the only change order being regarding that 800 square feet project being us wanting to add an additional window. Usually in major construction/renovation projects change orders are frequent and expensive. However, DDR really goes out of their way to keep change orders to zero.   There was a high quality of the materials used and the labor that put those materials in place. Folks that visited our home that are familiar with construction and renovations frequently commented on both.   DDR has direct and reliable access to design, structural, electrical, drywall, trim, roof, crawl space, plumbing, concrete, brick, yard and cleanup staff, so the renovation was constantly in motion with multiple staff here nearly every day and avoided long delays waiting for one of those disciplines to show up. This is a tremendous added value of going with DDR versus other providers. DDR walked their talk. Am not aware of another company that does this so well.    While the DDR staff was onsite working on the 800 square feet project, was able to work with their staff to do things beyond the core DDR project.   DDR does not currently do the interior or exterior painting as part of their core service but DDR can reference you to those that do it very well, on time and for a very fair cost. DDR from the very beginning were very professional and punctual! Pat The Painter was there in the beginning to get our wants and needs. Jesse did a great job with the design of our new addition. We had a two story addition to include a master bath and closet, expansion of existing bathroom, and new family room done. Chris who was assigned as our project manager was awesome! I would recommend you you ask for him for your project. There wasnâ t a day that went by he didnâ t communicate with us one shape or another about the construction. We had DDR add an enclosure to our back patio , the project looks so seamless . Project blends right into our existing house. The siding and guttering work is so professional looking blending right in . We have skit if unpleasant dealings with contractors in the past , but this was a great experience with these guys.. highly recommend

DDR completed a patio covering for my existing concrete patio. They designed it in a way that worked within my constraints. I had had other contractors look at my space and was never given the options that DDR came up with. The project manager was very responsive to questions along the way and always listened to any concerns I had. They were always here when they said they were going to be and finished my project on time and to specification. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. I love my patio now!

We had a covered patio added in the back of our house. They did a great job. Completed the addition very quickly. The clean up after was good. And the job was done for the price they quoted.

DDR built a second floor covered deck on the back of our home, with a carport beneath the deck and an extended driveway. Our Project Manager, Nate, responded to all our questions and personally attended to all our requests, no matter how insignificant, so that the end result truly exceeded our expectations.
