Everything that we wanted in this project was fully met to our satisfaction. Any changes that we wanted through out the construction the workers were willing to make in order to give us the product that we wanted. The pavillion roof over our patio has allowed us to utilize it at all times during the day. We would highly recommend this company for any projects or additions.

DDr did an amazing job. We talked and about the project on a Thursday and they started on Monday. All the workers were true Tradesmen. They were friendly and willing to help anyway possible way. In all, it turned out to be a truly incredible experience.

Distinctive Design started the job quickly and responded right away to any questions I had. I had a few concerns and Chris came over to look at the job himself and come up with a solution. The work inside looks better than I imagined and it is a great addition to our living space. Ray was our salesman and really dedicated a lot of time working with us to get what we wanted.

We had an 8X30 front porch and a 24X24 attached garage built and the finished product is just beautiful! We have received so many compliments on the additions and are very happy with the outcome. Everyone from the company was great to work with and were quick to address any questions about the construction.

Very please with my service. We added on a 10 X 15 bedroom with a bathroom and was very happy with the job. They listened to our concerns and went out of their way to address the issues. The contractor was very efficient and on time. I would recommend them for any home addition.

DDR was very professional and did an excellent job working with me on the development process. They insured that I understood when the development was going to happen and exactly what it consist of. The garage was just as I expected it to be.

I had a 12 x 12 wooden deck torn down and a 12 x 14 room addition built. Everyone was on time as promised. Brian kept me informed on a daily basis with what he was going to do. The job was completed before the deadline they gave me which was awesome. All people involved was professional and worked great on the project as well as with me.

I have been so pleased with my sunroom. It is everything I have been wanting for years. The entire staff was wonderful from Mallory in the office to everyone I spoke to about the sunroom. Everyone was so professional and listened to what I wanted. The crew who built it was excellent. They answered every question I had and did an amazing job. I will enjoy the sunroom for many years.

We were initially looking for a Sunroom but called around for different options. Distinctive Design Remodeling suggested that we consider a room addition with lots of windows. Great idea! Not only are we much more pleased with the room addition but the guys at DDR were very knowledgable, listened to what we were looking for in a room and applied our requests. We have lots of light, the room can be used year round and a room addition adds 100% resale value to our home where a sunroom would not have. Thanks DDR! Distinctive Design Remodeling did an excellent job. They came in and we talked over all the possibilities of redoing my basement. They arrived on-time and did the work quickly and professionally. When they finished they took all the trash and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and professional job. Very happy with the work! We liked working with this company. We had a mother in-law addition built and were impressed with the speed and quality of the work. Would recommend them and may use them again in the future.

The construction crew started early and were on time. It all went pretty quick and when we came upon unexpected situations, Distinctive Design did what they could to make it right. We were very pleased!

Not very satisfied with the finished product.

Very pleased with how our project turned out. All the people at the office were nice and did what they said they were going to do. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The project was not manged will at all. Had a lot of problems with a couple of the subs and there work. I had to mange the job my self and over see it and do a lot of work myself. The sales staff was seem to want to use pressure and were very slow on returning phone calls once contract was signed. They were also way of on compilation dates by 4 to 5 weeks. I also had to buy and rent and pick up supply's and equipment for subs to use. The project did not go as the sales man said or explained from the signing of the contract. There were three subs that I would hire my self and use. Please check all there references carefully

I was very happy with the addition that was built for my family. The quality of work was great and the company was very easy to work with. We plan on using this company for a future project.
