The company was very communicable from start to finish, from the design phase through the construction to completion. Any minor issues were promptly addressed and handled in a professional manner, including small things they pointed out that I wouldn't have known myself. Overall, I felt like I chose the perfect contractor to complete my project both on time and within budget.

Small hiccup at th start with material and dumpster, but overall a great sunroom!! Well-built and communication was great!

Finally, we found a contractor that was not only responsive, but proved to be very reliable, professional, and did excellent work.

They met all requirements as stipulated in the original contract. They went above and beyond in the event of necessary changes. The project was completed both in a timely manner as well as within budget. Not only that, they accommodated reasonable adjustments with no additional cost. The owners were coming onsite every 2 weeks to check on the progress of the project and address any issues that would arise. Also, they were very responsive through email, text, and phone when their immediate attention was needed. Overall, I felt that I have chosen the right contractor to provide my great sunroom.

Horrible. 4 months to complete after they said 6 weeks. Project was stopped by county inspector because of building material used. It took weeks to resolve. They make it clear they are in it for the money. Dont care about customer satisfaction. They try to make it sound like they are doing you a favor. I have had many building projects done and this is the worst contrator I ve dealt with. At this point, I want them done and off my property.

the original sale person sold me on the quality and expertise, but my experience was not that at all, i expected much better craftsmanship and scheduling. The workers taking short cuts was disapointing to me, the crew arriving without the correct equip happened every day as well after 10am each day. long list of disappointments that i finally gave up on and will finish myself, i had one worker return 6 times and still couldn't hang a gutter or caulk. .

Great company to work with. The workers were hard working, courteous and willing to adjust minor items. The custom work was beyond our expectations. Would hire again.

Superior workmanship, always on time and actually finished the job a day ahead of schedule. From the framers, drywallers, electricians, finishing carpenters to the project manager...all were a delight to work with! Thanks to all we now have a beautiful basement!

Distinctive Design consists of good people to work with from Jon, the owner, to each member of the work crews. Excellent quality construction. We are very pleased with the whole project.

Very honest and very dependable. Was always available by phone when you had a question. More than happy to stop by if it couldn't be answered over the phone. Constantly calling and making sure everything was going good. This garage was attached and they made it look like it was built the same time the house was.

The addition is beautiful. Chris kept us in touch the entire project through email. He took care of all the little problems along the way and the project was completed in less than expected time. Chris was wonderful to work with!

I was always in the loop with what was going on and when stuff would be at the house,. The men doing the work were very nice and cleaned up after themselves.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Chris, the project manager kept in contact with me through the entire job. The builder was professional and done within a week! The concrete work was perfect. Even had an additional sidewalk put in. The electrician was quick and professional. I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone.
