Created an exercise/workout room in a cellar that previously had a dirt floor. Removed old boiler, laid conctete, did spray foam insulation, put up dry wall, pocket lights, and sound system. Project started and completed as promised.

I am happy with my new porches, they did a good job and the project manager Chris was really nice and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the end result. I would recommend DDR to my friends or neighbors.

I did not end up using their services yet, but I do have to say the representative called me immediately, so quickly I didn't even realize I had chosen them for anything yet as I was reviewing the site and contractors. They were ready to send a designer today as they were near my area. Very courteous on the phone. I'm still figuring out what all my home needs as I have lots of different areas with repairs and this company mainly did additions so that was the only reason I did not use them yet. They started two weeks earlier than expected and the job took a week less time than promised. They were a couple of mishaps with the contracted labor and DDR fixed these as soon as I told them.

We are extremely happy with the very knowledgable and professional folks that we dealt with at DDR. We ran into a bit of a problem getting the windows and door that we wanted for our side porch but once that was accomplished the job came together in a beautiful way. We're really enjoying the new space.

Had a gable cathedral built over our existing deck. Bead board ceilings, ceiling fan, shingles to match, 6x6 posts, vinyl gables, guttering. Totally satisfied. Work done on time. Kept in touch; good communication. Great quality work/construction. Highly recommend.

DDR was very fast and moved methodically thru the whole job without any delays. They were all very professional.

The overall level of communication was great. I respected the upfront budget and them sticking to it, even with changes happening along the way. Most of all, they have worked above and beyond the promised timeline. We are very pleased with the entire project from start to finish.

Sub-contractors were fantastic, everything happened quickly, and all the work was completed even faster than originally quoted. Any small issues that came up, as can be expected, were resolved very fast and to our liking. Highly recommended.

We hired Distinctive Design Remodeling for replacing an old deck and building a three-season deck. Distinctive Design Remodeling had a great crew of professionals, they started and finished Job before time which was a plus. Project Manager did an excellent job of communicating and resolving with great patience, any smallest concern we had during the project.I would recommend Distinctive Design Remodeling to others and hire again for future work, I rated less that 5 in couple criteria because of reasons below- 1. The overall work quality is great but I had minor issues with the trim work, which were resolved ultimately but I and my husband had to point out all the spots where it needed some fixes. 2. The gutter spout was added on the wrong side; in front of our basement door which was moved where it should be, at no additional cost, it should have been in the initial plan to avoid the rework.

They had a great crew of contractors and were reliable and on time. The project foreman did an excellent job communicating the daily progress. Look forward to recommending DDR to friends and family!
