I love my new sunroom...Ian was great to work with...although still waiting to finalize minor details.

They were very quick and did their work very well. I'm pleased with the result. I had occasional issues with communication, but otherwise I am very satisfied.

This is a great company and a great experience. Chris and his crew built me a new garage and it turn out fantastic. Chris is responsive whenever I reach out and he is knowledgeable and experienced in the trades. They were respectful of my property while doing the work and cleaned up daily. The quality of the workmanship and customer service far out weigh the cost paid. I also want to comment on his follow-up, always ensuring my expectations were being met. I am new to the area but believe the pricing to be very fair. I have already recommended and will, without hesitation, hire Chris for my next project.

initially all seemed well...until it rained. Then the property use became a failure. Poor follow up (communications and re-engagement) with fixing the grade of the property -- one year later we still have lakes forming around the entire addition. Communications are slow at best and I have been waiting for three months for a representative to return and determine a path forward. Now looking to add more money to the effort to resolve what appears to be a non-issue for DDR.

I recently used DDR to finish our basement. The process was quick and the work was very good. Our basement has become one of primary parts of our house now. Unlike some remodeling companies, DDR only completes up to the drywall, so take that into consideration. Paint, flooring and bathroom parts (toilet, shower, sink) are extras you cover out of pocket. So this isn't a complete turn key solution. My total out of pocket was a little bit more than I would have liked, although the basement looks great and I'm very pleased with the experience. One of the things to always consider when contracting work is how any issues are handled at the end. We had a few small things surface at the end of the project and DDR has addressed all of them. Standing by your work means a lot when you're talking about the house you live in. I would definitely recommend their services!

We hired DDR to build a garage on our property and could not be happier with the results! Chris, the excellent project manager, kept us up to date every step of the way. The construction crews were efficient, friendly, and completed their tasks on time and in budget. We would recommend DDR to anyone looking for a reliable contracting company and will be contacting them again for future projects.

they were professional the work crews arrived early and worked all day, they cleaned up the work site when finished. They built the garage quickly even though the weather didn't cooperate. We would hire them again for a building project.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with how DDR handled our Basement remodel. From start to finish they were professional and upfront. All of the subcontractors were skilled and efficient and provided quality work at every turn. Chad was our Project Manager and he was outstanding. He stayed in communication and was available to address any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for any of your residential design and remodel projects! Well, I won’t say this was an easy project to get through, but I will say that Chad did his very best to make us happy with the finished product. We had a lot of setbacks along the way, but Chad and his team were willing to work through anything that came our way. My husband and I are very happy with the finished product.

DDR was great to work with from start to finish. Our project manager was very attentive to our needs. The quality of work done was outstanding and they are competitively priced.

We chose DDR for a detached brick garage to our home. They met and exceeded our expectations. The most challenging part was matching the brick to the house. With patience the problem was solved to a fantastic match. Chad Faris who read the project was in touch with a timely basis, from obtaining the permits with the HOA to putting on the finishing touches. We have already received compliments from our neighbors! The project was done on time and on budget.

I hired Distinctive Design Remodeling to build an screened in enclosed porch. They responded promptly to my inquiry, gave me the estimate and arranged the services in a timely manner. Ian, the Site Manager made sure things were progressing smoothly and if I were to point out anything that was not to my satisfaction, he would take care of things, then check back to make sure I was satisfied. l was also impressed with some of the sub-contractors that were on site. They were receptive to any changes I made "on the go" that allowed me to get exactly what I needed and wanted. Overall, 5 stars across the board!

Very professional approach and managed the project / process very well. Chad was very responsive and schedules were made and achieved. Having all the professionals within the company allows for very accurate step by step work completion along with great relationships with all the appropriate inspection services when needed and completed very thoroughly. I do recommend this company based on their professionalism, commitment and trade skills in house.

We were referred to Distinctive Design by a coworker who was pleased with the work they performed. Our basement was completely unfinished except for rough in plumbing and we were wanting quite an extensive finish with two bedrooms, kitchen, great room/living room, bathroom & laundry room for my aging mother & aunt to live in. We were informed that we would have to wait six weeks after initially contacting them for them to start which I thought was a good sign showing they were in demand. Once getting started they smoothly went from one phase to the next and were finished in about seven weeks. Any concerns we had were addressed with our project manager Chad, he kept us informed and would return calls promptly if we had any questions. All the workers were very friendly and really seemed focused and at the top of their craft. Needless to say my mother and aunt love their new home! We would use them again if we're in need of any future projects.

Chad is very professional, and sweet. He has a hometown personality. He was very flexible with our needs. He was always on time. When he said he would be here he was here. Kevin was amazing in helping advise us to get what we wanted for the price. Kevin is truly a salesmen he didn't push us. Shannon was the electrician and team leader and he was able to make the right adjustments for the project. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure all electrical matter were resolved. The insulation and dry team was fast and precise. The team leader Mike and his crew were even teaching us Spanish. They even did extra insulation we needed. Chad has put together an amazing team. They all worked great together. Chad even checked the projects himself and had it inspected.

Very impressed with their company, the were very professional in everything they did from follow up through follow through.
