Distinctive Design Remodeling (DDR) is a top-notch vendor!! Demo'ing our current garage, and building a new garage was, by far, the biggest (most $$$) project we've ever taken on. DDR was there for us, every step of the way. During scoping, they asked smart questions, and took the time to understand our specific needs - it's evident this is all they do! They helped us save money where we could. Once we got into design and permitting, the office staff was polite, informative, and prompt in their communication. We ran into quite a few unexpected hiccups during permitting - they presented options and helped us work through every single bump. Once demo and construction got under way, everyone was WONDERFUL - our PM, the various crews. They showed up on time, did stellar work, and cleaned up after themselves. They made a daunting, new process, dare I say it, FUN! We learned a ton and would highly recommend DDR to anyone.

DDR did an amazing job with our sunroom addition. We consulted several companies, and DDR was the only one to tell us our vision was possible. Additionally their services are a one stop shop, where they take care of permits, electricians, roofers, etc which alleviates a lot of stress on the homeowner. Within a matter of weeks they began construction, and the process was seamless. They completed the project on time and maintained communication throughout. Quality work and fair pricing. I have recommended them so much that my best friend and her husband had a project completed by them and are very happy with the process and finished product.

We wanted a new deck but we both work full time and didn't want to have to secure permits and other contractors. After several quotes We settled on Destinctive Design Remodeling. What a great team! Our primary contact was Chris, he was very helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. We had a dream of having a sunroom addition on our house, DDR was able to make our dream a reality.

HUGE thanks to DDR for making our garage dream a reality! We knew we had a tight space living in the city, and they made it happen! Chris was our project manager and he kept us in the loop regularly. Their contracted teams were all spot on. Our job started early and was completed two weeks sooner than projections (which we prefer a longer projection and come in early vs the alternative). We highly recommend DDR, recommend them to all our friends and will use them again!

Our covered porch came out amazing! It is beyond our expectations!! Seeing the actual results that were just on a blueprint drawing to be what we wanted is awesome ! The workmanship was excellent, the not having to worry about permits, inspections, hoa and cleanup was a bonus! Our project manager, Scott was great with communication and made sure the project was kept on track. We will definitely use them for any future projects and recommend DDR for others.

I've heard horror stories of home renovation/construction projects being horrible to live through. I have to admit, this was so fast and so simple and so clean I felt spoiled. The whole process was completed in weeks, I was updated every step of the way by our contractor and everything went so smoothly. This was a very great experience.

The project mgr. kept us informed with each step through phone calls, text and photos throughout the construction of our carport.
