DDR did an excellent job building our detached garage! They were professional and each crew came through and completed their portion of the project perfectly! They were in constant communication with us throughout the process. We are completely satisfied with our garage and highly recommend them!

We've used them on two projects and both turned out excellent. We've been very impressed with responsiveness and care. The quality of work was better than the original construction of the house.

These guys are good! Being new to Central Kentucky, my family moved into a home with a large unfinished basement and we knew we wanted to finish it right away. I interviewed and had quotes from 5 construction companies. Not only did DDR provide the most competitive price, but they were also able to start the soonest. Within just a few weeks, they were on site and work began. Our project coordinator Kyle was great, keeping me in the loop at each step of the construction process. Crews showed when they said, did quality work and completed the job when they said they would. Any concern I had was addressed and explained. The owner Jon was gracious when we did have an issue come up and made it right. Overall, very happy with the whole process - the sales process, providing a great solution to a layout issue we faced, friendliness of the staff and contractors and the quality of work. Shout out to Kyle, Jordan, Mike and the crew at DDR for their wonderful work, professionalism, and responsiveness! They took a drab basement and converted it into exactly what our family not only needed, but wanted. Our new family room is absolutely stunning and our little girl is absolutely THRILLED with her huge new bedroom and glam closet. These guys all made sure we were kept informed about every step of the process at all times, and it was truly fun having them in our home. Of course, Kyle was amazing in his delivery, and we appreciate everything he did, and the way he kept it all lighthearted and stress free for us. Not one step was overlooked! -Mayra & Chase

They decreased the value of my home with the work they have done. They do not listen to the owners preferences, and they use the lowest grade of materials and construction methods. I am also concerned about them being insured or not. I believe they are drinking beer on the job, based on a picture they sent me showing a C on the bottle, in a recognizable font. I asked about their insurance and have gotten no response. The siding was done wrong, because I believe the DDR manager did not provide the workers the proper materials.

We utilized DDR for our basement renovation. Great experience throughout the entire process. The week DDR was supposed to start the project was when the ice storm hit and they never fell behind and were able to complete on time. All managers/supervisors(Jon, Kyle, Mike, Jordan) were very communicative and allowed us to schedule accordingly. This was the first significant renovation we have done and would highly recommend their service.

We are very happy with DDR. They worked very hard to finish our basement and did good work. Our project manager Kyle kept us informed and was responsive to requests during the project. We will consider them for any future projects we may have in the future.

Cannot be happier with my recent experience with DDR. The entire group was professional and highly skilled. The process seem to run like clock work. I was pessimistic going in that the project would be on time and on budget. To my surprise everything went far better than I could have even hoped for. Scott, the project manager, was just great. Any questions I had were very quickly responded to and resolved. I would use them again and more importantly would recommend them to family and friends with no hesitation at all. Just a great job all the way around!
