Their prices for repair work are very high; suggest you hire someone else for that. They did set a trap & I called in regular reports on whether anything was trapped & other evidence of raccoons. Their response to reports was poor; often no return phone calls, no visits. I finally called & said if they didn't start paying more attention, I was going to hire another company; they then finally showed up. All raccoons were caught & they did clean out our attic.

They are very professional. I was impressed. In my opinion, they are very patient and customer-oriented. They're very knowledgeable and explained how and why the animals sought refuge in the house. He identified the animals by their droppings. He started by walking around the house and looking for entrance points. He noticed that squirrels had tamped down the insulation, which had been compromised. He noticed the bat droppings, and knew the bats were there when there was not even a clue to me. You had to know exactly what you're looking for before you notice. According to the calendar, he knew they were young bats and that there would be a whole colony before long because they mate at the site where they were born. He installed a "bat valve," which allows the bats to leave, but they can't return. When the bats had all left, he sealed everything.

The company on-site representative was very knowledgeable and instructive. He did all the work and did what he said he would do. However, the process dragged on for some time, partly due to the standard process they insisted on following, and partly due to less than ideal communication from the office contact to the field rep. While they did catch the animal and repair the hole, the price was very steep. I had a second raccoon enter two weeks later through a separate hole (which they had not found the 1st time) and would not call them for this as I did not want to pay the same amount again.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL AND VERY RESPONSIVE

VERY UNRESPONSIVE. I USED THEM A YEAR AGO WITH NO PROBLEM. THIS TIME THEY CAME THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE LEAVING ON VACATION AND SAID THEY WOULD CHECK THE TRAPS WHILE WE WERE AWAY. THEY DIDN'T COME DURING THE 9 DAYS WE WERE GONE, AND BY THEN THE MOLE HAD MOVED AND WAS DESTROYING THE YARD 40 FEET AWAY FROM WHERE THE TRAPS HAD BEEN SET. I CALLED EACH DAY FOR THE NEXT 4 DAYS BEFORE SOMEONE CAME AGAIN AND THEY RESET THE TRAPS WHICH HAD TRIPPED, BUT STILL DIDN'T MOVE THEM TO THE AREA OF ACTIVE DAMAGE. FINALLY, 2 DAYS LATER THEY MOVED THE TRAPS. THE TRAPS NEVER DID CATCH THE MOLE, BUT IT MUST HAVE DIED OR LEFT. NOW, 3 WEEKS LATER, THEY STILL HAVEN'T COME TO GET BACK THEIR TRAPS (DESPITE 3 PHONE CALLS TO COME PICK THEM UP). THEY'VE BEEN AWOL THE WHOLE JOB.

A VERY EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL ARRIVED ON TIME AT THE HOUSE AND SPENT TIME ASKING QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM WE HAD. (CRITTERS IN THE ATTIC) UPON DIAGNOSIS OF THE EXACT PROBLEM HE RECOMMENDED A NUMBER OF SOLUTIONS. HE EXPLAINED THEIR SERVICES AND THE COST OF EACH CHOICE. OTHER THAN THE COST (OUCH!)THIS IS A WORTHWHILE SERVICE.

I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE WE HAD A MOUSE PROBLEM. THEY ADVISED THERE WAS A $109 CHARGE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND PROVIDE A REPORT WITH COSTS FOR ANY NECESSARY OR SUGGESTED WORK. A THOROUGH INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED AND I RECEIVED A DETAILED WRITTEN REPORT SAME DAY. HOWEVER, WHEN I REVIEWED THEIR PRICES, I WAS INCREDULOUS! FOR BAIT STATIONS AND BAIT THAT I COULD PURCHASE ONLINE (IRONICALLY, AT THEIR OWN NATIONAL WEBSITE) FOR UNDER $70, THEY WANTED $840! FOR CAULKING OF GAPS, I WAS QUOTED $470! SIMILAR MARKUPS ON CHIMNEY CAPS, VENT SCREENS AND RE-BAITING WERE ALSO QUOTED. THIS COMPANY EITHER THINKS I HAVE MORE MONEY THAN SENSE OR THEY'RE PLAYING A NUMBERS GAME BECAUSE THEY KNOW SOME PEOPLE WILL PAY ANYTHING TO BE RID OF A NASTY PROBLEM. TO BE FAIR, I MUST SAY THAT THE MAN WHO PERFORMED THE INSPECTION WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THE WRITTEN REPORT AND MATERIALS HE LEFT WITH ME WERE HELPFUL IN FIGURING OUT HOW TO PEFORM THE WORK MYSELF!

I WORKED WITH A WILDLIFE BIOLOGIST AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE ALSO CAME BACK AND DID THE REPAIRS.

I FELT I WAS OVERCHARGED. I WAS CHARGED A SERVICE CHARGE WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO THE COST SINCE THEY DID DO WORK. THEY SAID THAT THEY CHARGE A SERVICE CALL/ DIAGNOSIS FEE, AND THEN A CHARGE FOR THE WORK. THEY DID IT ALL IN A SINGLE VISIT, SO I FELT THEY SHOULD HAVE WAVED THE DIAGNOSIS FEE, I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE THAT THE OPOSSUM WAS DEAD UNDER MY DECK, THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DIAGNOSE ANYTHING. THEY REMOVED A BOARD ON THE DECK TO GET OUT THE OPOSSUM, BUT THEY DID NOT PUT THE BOARD BACK. THEY DID GET THE JOB DONE.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. TRAPPED THEM ALL WITHIN 2 WEEKS. PRICE IS PER RACCOON + TAXES. CLEANED UP THE MESS.

I FELT THE PRICES WERE QUITE HIGH, BUT MAY SIMPLY BE THE "GOING RATE" FOR MOLE REMOVAL SERVICE IN THIS AREA.
