Although I no longer heard mice scurrying in the attic they were supposed to come back after 3 months to check traps. I never heard from them again.

That went great. They were prompt. They have taken care of the problem that we had at the back.

I was almost completely happy with their service other than the fact that they were usually running 3 hours late. They were extremely professional, thorough and explained everything. He broke the costs down piece by piece, gave tons of pointers for things to do to minimize"rodent appeal" that I wouldn't have even come close to knowing. He also didn't take advantage of me by trying to run my bill up. I'm extremely happy with my decision to use them.

There was a gap in our ridge vent of the condo we were purchasing that allowed the birds to fly in over time (since the condo had been empty) and build a giant nest in the attic. Our realtor was able to set up an appointment with Critter Control and they were able to remove the bird's nest and close the gap. There were no traps set since the birds seemed to be gone. We did give them a B on price since it was a little higher than we thought it would be.

This company was prompt and professional. They set the trap while I was at work. Removed the critter while I was at work. Although it took almost two weeks to catch the critter. They were patient. Certainly they can not control how long it takes. Once it was caught, they came out the next am to remove the animal. This is a top notch company.

They were good and they just did the job well. They were absolutely just fine.

I thought they were okay and we had them comeback to complete some stuff that I thought were not done properly. I was not very satisfied with them. I thought they were overpriced. They did things in business like way.

It was fine. He got in the attic and solved the problem but he was not able to repair the electrical, where the critters came from, so I had to call the electrician and fix the problem but he was very nice. He was very reputable, he took his time to tell me the problem and he told me why he was not able to fix the electrical situation.

They were fine, they were technically capable of it and they were slightly responsive. They didn't have a lot of choices. They're pretty straight-forward.

That was good. It was about $175 and $80 for each raccoon.

We never caught anything but he was out here checking the trashing of all the time and will find it. I actually recommended him to a couple of other neighbors. He is a nice man. He came out and sent us a call. We heard the noises, he came in and said to get up definitely what it was and what have been into the attic, looked all around, as far as he could get the zip both of ceilings, and a lot of it he can get to. The price was reasonable. We used them twice and 2 of our neighbors have used them.

Confirmed mice and recommended bait stations in attic. Also checked house and roof for entry points. We opted to place bait in attic and close entry hole ourselves. Technician arrived when promised and came back several weeks later to check the roof since it was too icy during the first visit.

He seemed knowledgeable. He seemed too quick and that he was not taking his time, but was able to find the problem and was able to show me evidence. He was on time for the appointment and was courteous and professional.

Had a critter in the wall of my bedroom chewing away at the insulation. It only seemed to be there in the morning. Critter Control had done some work in my neighborhood so I called them. They charged an inspection fee that was pretty steep, but I thought that would mean that they'd to a thorough inspection. I was wrong. The guy didn't seem to listen to anything I told him. I knew the critter was bigger than a mouse but even after describing the sound it made, the guy just wanted to think it was a mouse. He told me that it couldn't be the animal I suggested because that animal was hibernating . I said that someone in that animal's family was up and about. He did a cursory inspection around the house. I told him where I thought the critter entered the house and he looked at where I pointed and told me that couldn't be the entry point. He told me that they could set up traps around the house and then told me that they checked those traps in a month or more after they set them out. So, did that mean I'd have traps full of dead critters? He wasn't clear. He then suggested that if the traps didn't work, they could knock a hole in the wall and get the critter out that way. I asked if they repaired the wall and he said no, they didn't do drywall work but I could probably find someone to repair the wall. Then he gave me an estimate of what their services would cost. I wanted that critter out now, not three months from now and I didn't want to live with a hole in my bedroom wall. I was not impressed with their service options and I know I'll never call them again.

It took awhile to get rid of all the squirrels, they kept finding new entry points. The company was good about coming and getting the squirrels once they were caught. Once they finally got rid of all of them they sealed off the entry points with steel. No more squirrels this year. During the inspection they also noted a lot of mice in the storage barn. They baited boxes to get rid of them. They come out about once a year to rebait the traps. The mouse population is way down.

They were great and very professional.

The service was great, and the price was worth it for the type and quality of the job. They were extremely knowledgeable in animal habits.

We've used them a few times. They were making a lot of chortling above the flue and we were very happy when the flue was closed. The price was fine because we were so happy to have the problem taken care of. They were very kind when they came out.

Great -- the raccoon was caught quickly and removed from the premises.

I haven't had any problems since. They also offer a year long guarantee. I would use them again.

We chose this company because of some friends recommendations. We liked that they were upfront about the cost. They offer a variety of services. They removed the family of squirrels humanely from our property.

They came and listened to what I had to say about the issues with noise in my attic. They were unsure whether it was birds or squirrels, so they went up got a first-hand look. They put up duct tape and said if it was squirrel the duct tape would be gone in a week, and to give them a call if that happened. It was birds, and the duct tape worked until the gutter were replaced a year later. My only downside is the lack of a follow-up after the fix.

I was pleased by the professionalism of the inspector.

Lady who answered phone explained work that would be done as did Chris when he gave us our estimate. He did work promptly and really seemed to know what he was doing. Clean up was good. So far it is too early to see if the bats come back and find a way to get in next year.

The technician had a tough time capturing this mother, but he persisted without harm to mother or to himself. He remembered us from a male raccoon he trapped on our roof 6 years earlier. That raccoon was entering through a hole in the chimney. He was pleasant and professional.
