Description of Work: Had five windows replaced. The representatives were friendly, and the installers efficient. Everything went well, and I'm planning to have more done in the spring. It may be possible to find something for a lesser price, but I am pleased with the quality of the offerings and the attentiveness of the contractors.

Description of Work: I am in the process of using Craftsmen Restoration and Remodeling to update and add to my existing back deck. They have been extremely professional and timely with all of the details that have gone into this project. I have always dreamed of having a large back deck so our family can enjoy having dinners and entertaining. Craftsman restoration have helped me take my dreams and added to them in a way that I love to make them a reality. We have truly enjoyed working with them.

+ -1 moreThey take care of the whole process. They're in contact with the insurance company and take care of the paperwork. All I did was call the insurance company and had them out, then I turned everything over to Craftman Restoration. I'm happy with the work.

Description of Work: Craftsmen came out to look at my house. They said there was storm damage and that I should file a claim with my insurance company. They walked me through the process and even met with my insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. They did the work promptly and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend them
