Description of Work: We had the roof inspected to try and understand the source of a leak. In doing so they found issues with the flashing around the chimney, they made the repair all in the same day! no more leaks!

Description of Work: Replaced all gutters and downspouts. Quality appears to be good; however, I haven't had a real chance to evaluate how functional the gutters are. I believe that there will be no problem. The installation was fast, the crew was friendly and all went well.

Description of Work: I called them for an estimate for a new roof, since they'd done a great job fixing our chimneys. They were prompt, professional, and helpful, but their estimate was relatively high, so I went with another company. But I would definitely consider calling them again.

They offered to pay all medical costs if needed; they came back x2 to do clean up around & inside my house to my satisfaction, even shampooing the carpet where they had tracked in mud. Description of Work: I asked Bone Dry to provide an estimate for repairing the mortar joints on the front of my two story house and then sealing the brick. Joe Hodges listened to my description of the problems I was seeing (water getting into the house) and convinced me to try a different approach, which could very well result in less money for Bone Dry but is possibly a better solution to the problem. After inspecting the brick and windows, Joe patched gaps in the mortar around windows. After the next few rains if the water no longer enters the house we will have identified the problem and can then make the correct long term repair. Joe did not take the easy path and give me an estimate for the work I thought I needed. He took me down the path that he thinks will correct the problem even at a possible loss of $$ for Bone Dry. In addition Joe did NOT charge anything for the patches he made. That's the type of company and people that I want to work with.
