It went really fast once they got started

It went really well. They were done the roof in one day. The cap had to be ordered as they are specially made. The size for the cap was measured twice to ensure they got the right fit. We were very pleased with how everything turned.

We are extremely pleased with the whole process of getting a new roof. From getting the estimate to having the last nail put in we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Bone Dry team. The roof turned out great and they cleaned up so well we couldn't find any roofing nails or debris and believe me we looked. I don't believe you can find a better roofing company anywhere.Update,as of today 9/26/2018 we have found 2 nails which is totally amazing.Great job Bone Dry Team!

Scott the team leader was very professional,on time, and understood the scope of work. The guys that showed up to do the work were the complete opposite. Ended up having lots of water pour into my house from faulty work and even after Scott had them come back never got the work done correctly. Had to hire a new company.

At first I was told all this work would be done in two days back in July 2017. All this while my contact was Miles Owens. Here's a timeline of the work. 07/21/2017 - They did an acid wash and applied the sealant to the flashing. They left the replacement soffit board for me to paint and they would come and finish up all the work in a couple of days. After I came home I noticed that a few spots were missed in the cleaning. 08/01/2017 - Finished the cleaning and some of our outdoor plants also got damaged as a result of the acid. I was also told that some other crew would be coming to fix the soffit on that same day. But nobody showed up. Had to call them again. 08/14/2017 - The soffit piece is installed. 08/24/2017 - Water proofing is applied, and was also assured that it was applied above the roofline and not just the shoulders. Based on this I made the full payment as per their invoice probably in Sept 2017. 10/8/2017 - I shared some pictures where it appeared that the bricks above the roofline and soffit appear water soaked compared to the shoulders which were dry. And he promised to have this looked at. 10/21/2017 - Send Miles another email, since he didn't respond 10/31/2017 - Send a message on Angieslist to Sara with whom I had initially set up the appts and also made a payment to. But no response. Then some time in first week of November I visited their Office in person and talked to Jade (Office Manager). He looked at the paper work and said he will have Miles call back. I also tried to reach out to Miles directly and left him a voicemail but still no response. 11/15/2017 - I called their office in the morning and talked with Caroline and she promised to call me back in an hour, which she didn't. Then I called her back the next day 11/16 and she said either Miles or Jade will call me before end of the day. As of today still nothing (11/17). While initial communication was good, but trying to have issues fixed has been a pain so far. I hope they will finish the work they were paid to do. Unfortunately my experience with this company has been really bad.

Overall my experience was okay, not as great I had expected based on the other reviews. They had to come out several times to finish up the work. In addition to chimney waterproofing I also had them caulk the flashing as well as replace one piece of the soffit.

Porch looks good. Bone Dry removed old grout between affected bricks and re-grouted with same color. I had an independent brick mason do this 2 years ago and it didn't last through even one winter. Am hoping this will last. Appears to be a good job.

The roof repair was great, well done and they went the extra mile. The quote I received from the masonry part, aka chimney repair, had me replacing my entire chimney saying it was almost beyond repair (I never received a quote about to replace bricks only). I went with another company who only had to replace 7 bricks, nothing cracked and nothing fell down, so very glad about that decision!

Good. I was afraid that the rain would come before they would. They came early and was done when I arrived home. They did a great job and was very patient with me. I highly recommend.

Work was completed within 2-3 days. Good quality repair, good clean up, and team was very professional.

We had an extremely hard time getting a quote from Bone Dry. The salesman came out at the appt time, was very informative, very personable, and said he'd get me a quote within a few days. Couple of weeks went by, I called him and he said he had it done and would send it on over. Still nothing. Another week goes by, I call again and he said there must be something wrong with the email and that he'd drop it by that morning. Nothing. There were actually several more failed attempts within all this time. Finally, we gave up and called another roofer.

The install went fine, and looked good when completed. Within a year or two, the rubber pad began to split around the edges, visible from the ground on 3 sides. Although it hadn't leaked at that point, the install was ugly (see pic). I called and let them know of the problem. They came out to look, told me it was under warranty, and they'd cover it. 4 months later I called again. After that I called 20 times or more. They sent someone out to look at the site 3-4 times, and each time I was promised a repair, often within 24 hours. It took them over a year to make that right. Then, just a few months ago, the roof began to leak. Although it took them less than a month to get that fixed, it cost me $175 (the guy told me there was damage to the roof install that wasn't covered), and none of their predicted arrival times were honored. When they did come and do the repair, no one told me. I went up on the roof and noticed the repair, otherwise I wouldn't have known. The only communication I got from them that it was complete was the bill, and that took another month. Also, in their estimate, they told me they'd re-paint the water-stained interior ceiling for free. That was never done. I am all finished throwing money at this company. Although the roof is still under warranty, if it leaks again, I'll call a different roofer.

This company is awesome! From the sales rep on down they were incredible! They completed the job in just 4 days, and we have a high pitch, large roof. They were always on time and always professional. Did a phenomenal job of cleaning up afterwards as well. We highly recommend them!

The roof was leaking from the inside. They had to tear the outside wall out to replace all of that and replace the flashing.

Everything was great quality. Timely manner.

The service went very smooth. The contractor was kind and gentle and accommodating. He did a very ggod job. And was a very patient person. And he is very experienced.

It took them awhile to get there after we agreed on a price and scope of work, but that was OK since all of the chimney/masonry guys I called were busy. It also took them awhile to complete the job as they had to special order the chimney cap. Communication was OK, text from the technician/mason. I really can't say if the work was good or bad. The pictures look good. My real complaint was the price. I have since had a local mason totally rebuild a chimney for 60% of what I paid Bone Dry. I think the challenge is even getting a few chimney guys out to give a quote. Bone Dry got it done, but I think there is more value in getting a smaller local guy....if you have the time and can find him.

The Bone Dry Roofing crew was very professional and conscientious. The job was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is high quality, with good attention to detail. Some repairs were extensive and required carpentry expertise. Overall, I am very pleased with the entire job and highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

Outstanding service. I have rental property and have dealt with other roofing companies for the past 15 years. This is the first time I felt that I was dealing with an ethical company and person. Scott was very professional, and did detailed work, took pictures and gave me great news about having 2 to 3 years left on the life of my roof. I had been told by another company that it needed to be replaced last year. Would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing and will let them look at doing the replacement when it is needed.

Seriously amazing! I know this isn't something that they could do on a regular basis, but I literally got a quote on Thursday afternoon, the team showed up at 8am on Monday and the roof was completed by 5pm. These roofers have an amazing system and team of people where everyone knows what his job is. My yard and landscaping were protected. My gutters cleaned out. A piece of siding that was off fixed in the process. Everyone was kind and extremely professional. The roofing process was thoroughly explained in the quote. They were a little bit higher in the quote by a few hundred but I'm confident I received an amazing roof that if anything goes wrong in 25 years, it will be fixed or replaced. When I say no hassle, I mean no hassle. These guys were spot on amazing!

Weather and work load delayed their visit to our home, but work was completed in time for the closing of our home. Very reasonably priced and professional.

The first hiccup was partly my fault. I did not double check that my address was updated on Angie's list (it is now). The receptionist did not verify it when the appointment was set either. The company contact, Corey, went to my old address (an hour late). Instead of calling immediately and finding out what the problem was and why I was not there for our appointment, he just said he though I had to go somewhere and he left. I had to contact him two hours later when he had not shown up at the correct address. So, we are told by Corey that he would have a guy there Tuesday to install the leaf guards. He would call me to confirm a time. I had to call them Tuesday to find out a time...he said after lunch. At 4:50 p.m. I called Cory's cell and got voicemail. I left a message asking him to please call me to let me know why they had not shown up. I got NO RETURN CALL ALL NIGHT!!!! I had to call him again the next day ( I waited until 9am or so to give him time to call me assuming they go to work at 7:30 or 8). He said there would be someone there by 10 a.m. I got no apology or explanation. 10 a.m. came and went! At 10:45 I called Corey back and asked him point blank if they were going to do the work or not. I said if not just let me know and I will get a refund from Angie's list. At last I got an apology for the delay!!! Finally a nice young man came around 11:10 or so and completed the work. He said he told Corey Tues he had a blow out and would not get to my house that day and he was under the impression Corey was communicating this to us...we sat till dark on Tuesday thinking they may still show up!!!! No communication, scheduling, or customer service skills. I will not have Bone Dry do work for me again!!

It was a pretty sloppy job and they failed to improve on a poorly done job. I recently called them and pointed out some things and they said they would send someone out to remedy it, but they never have come. I thought they were a little on the expensive side but I don't know because we did not get lots of estimates. The overall quality was poor. They were relatively prompt in coming out to look at the problems I called them about, but this was several weeks ago and nobody has come at this point.
