Description of Work: Part of the gutter was leaking. It's been a few months but I believe it was Stacy that came out. He applied some "electrical tape" to hold it together. While he was working on that he noticed that there were a few things on the roof that weren't nailed down to his liking that could cause potential problems.

Description of Work: They replaced gutters on my entire house with gutter guards. New gutters leaked and it took several months to get it resolved. I'm sure they are a good roofing company but I would not recommend them for gutters.

Description of Work: Bone Dry would not honor the product that was offered on Angie's list for the price. They were up front and simply said that they would not honor. I had the service that I wanted done completed but again it was not what was the special on Angie's list. Workers were professional and I believe the work was quality. It was the bait and switch tactic that I did not appreciate.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service since I have not gotten any feedback or response from this company even after 3 separate requests. |I purchased a "deal" on Angie's List for roof maintenance and they contacted me with a potential date for it to be done. I received no written report of the work done or the roof condition. I called to see if the work had been done and was asked if I had gone up to the roof to look. (I had not; I did not want to climb up to the roof which was the point of paying someone else to do it) I called twice more after that first time to request some confirmation that the work I had already paid for was actually done. In mover 2 months, no response: no call, no email, no paper mail - nothing. I feel like I threw my money away. Buyer Beware on Angie's List "Deals".

Description of Work: I contacted them for an estimate for the repair of a brick stoop and chimney repair. The day they initially came it was too snowy to look at the chimney. They returned about a week and a half or so later and looked at it. I also have some flat roof issues around that chimney, that I asked them about. I could swear they said they'd come back again, but maybe not. After not hearing anything from them, I called and left a message for the estimator, to provide his estimate. A week went by, nothing. So I called again and this time I got an estimate, but it was hard to understand and by that time, I was so unimpressed with their service just in providing an estimate, that I did not go with them. I went with Stone Age Masonry. The work has not been done yet, but I will review them when it is.

Jade Marsh was punctual, informative, truthful, professional and a total joy to work with. Everyone in this company, including all workers, showed courtesy and professionalism. The roof is spectacular. The chimneys are gorgeous. They were so fast! I highley recommend this company for any roofing project. They did a beautiful job.

 + -1 moreWe contacted Bone Dry Roofing for an estimate the week of May 17, 2010. An agent, Mr. Marsh, arrived at our home on time and performed the most comprehensive assessment of the our roof of the three companies we contacted. He provided a comprehensive summary of the condition of our roof along with two estimates, one to repair the roof and another for a full replacement. He was the only assessor that took digital images of our roof and used them in his assessment summary. The price he quoted was reasonable, and included two different types of shingles. The professionalism of this company was one factor that influenced our decision to select them to make our repairs. I contacted Bone Dry Roofing once we make our decisions to replace our roof and on the roofing company to complete the job. Bone Dry responded promptly to finalize the contract and identify the shingles we planned to use. They scheduled our roof replacement on June 4 and were here in early in by 8:00 a.m. to get the work done. They worked quickly and professionally, completing the major part of the replacement by 3:00 p.m., followed by attaching the flashing and cleaning up. They did an excellent job with the roof replacement, cleaning up after they completed the job, and summarizing the work completed. Description of Work: During a recent wind storm I lost several shingles forom different areas of my roof and also some metal trim. Bone Dry replaced the missing shingles, secured several other loose shingles and replaced the missing metal trim.

As stated above I've been watching about a dozen other companies working around us and none showed the care in all the little details Bone Dry does so well. Things just "fell into place" while my neighbors have had numerous problems, delays, and dissatisfactions.
Description of Work: We are in a neighborhood that was hit in the recent hail storm. There must have been a dozen different companies working in the area. The professionalism of Bone Dry's initial contact persuaded me to investigate the company. After calling 3 of their references and checking extensively on the BBB sites in Bone Dry's other markets I settled on them.
