They were great and came as scheduled. They were responsive in returning phone calls and answered all my questions. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and charged exactly what they had estimated. They were professional and polite. I thought they were expensive, but can't complain about the service.

It's taken them about three months to resolve all their issues. I was a little distracted by their A rating and I would have not given them that at all. I had a little tiny leak around the pipe on the roof and it needed a new boot and they came out and gave me the estimate and that part was wonderful. The office people were okay and the estimator was good. He was prompt and he showed up on time. He was very professional. When they sent out the people it was kind of on call and I never knew they were coming. They just showed up one day in a truck. A couple of men got up on our roof and they were supposed to replace 2 boot and the surrounding shingles. They were supposed to clean up and go. What they ended up doing was that they replaced one and threw it off my roof with the nails landing up. They did replace the shingles and the boot around that one but what they didn't do was any clean up. There were nails all over my yard. It is obvious that I have small children and they didn't come to my door even though I was at home. When I went out to talk to them they were already gone. Their tools, shingles and the nails were all over my yard. I called back and asked if they were coming back because they left everything back. The secretary apologised profusely and said that she would have someone there in an hour and it ended up being 3 hours before they came. They picked up only half of what was there and still left the roof with the nails sticking up in my yard. I was just not pleased. I called again. There was something about it that left me thinking that not all of it was done. I found only one boot and there was supposed to be two. They told me that sometimes they just leave one so that you could see. I am getting a feeling that as I only found one thrown off the roof I feel only one was done. Two and half weeks later, after calling so many time, I was able to get somebody to comeback. It was funny how the supervisor was unable to find my house although the men and estimator did. That was the excuse he gave. He said he couldn't reach me on the phone. He didn't really try very hard. I handed him my camera and I wanted picture proof that it was done and he came down and apologized profusely and he said I would get a break on the price. I told him that I got him through Angie’s List and I would evaluate him. I was not happy at all. He showed me the pictures and told me that they would replace it and he would fix it. A couple of days later they did clean up and they did it while I wasn't at home. I wasn't too sure. I was told it was done. The first time itself they told the job was done and we guarantee it’s done. I asked him if it started raining and if I find a leak in the roof who would be responsible and he said he would. Then he went up on the roof and realised they didn't do anything. I believe that is fraud and I was very unhappy with everything. The estimator was very polite and kind. He was very professional but from then on it was downhill. When they billed me a second billing they told me I was late I told them that we discussed that there would be an adjustment and the adjustment was done and they didn't charge me. They took about $15 off the total bill which was over $300. I would not be using them and I would not recommend them to anybody. I have seen them do work and I see the whole crew doing it and it looked okay but I think for a patch or repair which is relatively easy I would not recommend them. I used them alone and I didn't get multiple bids and I should have. It was totally my fault for not doing that. I had to be on top of them for over two months for the work to get done. It is done and it is supposedly right. I don't want to have anything more to do with them.

We met with Jade Marsh and he quoted a price. The roofers cam on Thursday and tore off theold roof and started putting on the new roof. They returned on Friday and finished the roof. They returned on Monday to attach the new chimney cap. We received an invoice a few days later and the amount we were charged was the same amount we were quoted. We are very pleased with the entire process.

After the tear off, The deck was in worse shape than i had hoped. They had to resheet the entire roof, extra cost, but obviously needed to be done. Because of that it took two days, slight chance of rain the next day. The crew worked until eight that night to install the roof paper in case it did rain. Crew came back the next morning and finished the job. Was very pleased with the results. They did real good job with the clean up. Got seven estimates. Bone dry was one of two that went on the roof with a tape measure to calculate the number of squares. They were the only one to talk about how they would treat the valleys, and the only one to talk about properly venting the attic. Bone dry was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Believe i would have been sorry if i had another company replace my roof. Confident i got a high quality roof that will last for many years. Would highly recommend bone dry, and would not hesitate to call them for another project when the time comes.

We used another company to try to stop the leak before, but it did not work and the leak returned. It has been about a year since Bone-Dry worked on it and the leak has not returned. They did something totally different that nobody else had done before. We really liked them and will probably use them to put on a new roof because they seem to know what they are doing. They were very responsive and came right out when we called. They explained everything they were doing to us. I will use them again in the future.

I spent $950 on that service. The quality of their work was excellent. Their initial response was excellent, but their follow up wasn’t. They were very helpful.

I spent about $600 on that service. They haven’t finished the job yet because of the weather. They came out and they were very professional and did a good job. They haven’t been able to finish the chimney and they have to put the water repellent on the chimney. I thought that the price was pretty reasonable.

They did a great job helping describe what we needed done and verifying what elements were essential versus above and beyond the repairs needed. The crew were polite and prompt. Only complaint is they squashed some foliage in the flower beds and used a wood beam (railroad tie) and bungee cords from our garage which all disappeared when they cleaned up. Will have to call office to check on this, but the actual work looks really terrific and Christian, the head project manager was professional and obviously knows his trade well. We'll hire them again for roofing work next and would recommend them to others.

The projects were completed as scheduled. The estimate was altered as I altered the project. What I had approved as a final estimate was billed, and paid willingly. Howard and his "cement staff" were a respectful and delightful crew -- even singing in the rain. As I thanked them for working in inclement weather, they thanked me for the work. I was truly blessed by this experience.

They did a good job. They were professional and they had given me an estimate. They came when they said they were going to come. I was happy with them. Nobody is perfect but they did a good job. They were a little late one day. I would use them again.

First class operation from start to finish. Roofers are notorious for bad service and shoddy workmanship. Most roofers in the Lexington area wouldn't even return my call. Bone Dry responded to my call and came out to give an estimate on the date they said they would. They tore off our old roof and installed the new roof in one day, working into the early evening hours. They cleaned up when they were finished and I never found any stray nails in the yard. It's been six months and the roof is, indeed, bone dry. I highly recommend them.

The service guy was very professional and had proper equipment. My chimney is about 35 ft. high with a very steep roof, no easy task. Job was done very neatly. No overspray.

They were very flexible with scheduling the estimimate, provided different options with the corresponding prices. Arrived on time and finished in half a day. Good job on clean up; friendly foreman. He came back to address a cosmetic concern I had and fixed it right away, no cost. I'd gotten 3 different estimates, the two others from smaller, local companies. One was over $2K higher, the other was only $650...I felt much more comfortable with the Bone Dry price and professionalism.

They were very professional on the phone, and sent out a polite service person to do the estimate. They gave me a copy of the estimate, and stuck to it after the work was completed. Someone from the Louisville office even called a few days afterward to see if I was happy with the work. So far, the work seems to be of good quality - I can't get on a ladder to inspect their work. When it rains a few more times, I will be able to tell if the gutters are clear. The roof repair looks to be a good job as of now.

Christian was very prompt and on time for the initial inspection. He offered the service I was looking for at what I thought was at fair price. After the bid was placed, I agreed to the service and the date. Christian and Miguel showed up as scheduled, prepared and ready. Work was done correctly and they even provided before and after photos to show the improvement.

Very well. Josh Whelan was great to work with and did a great job working directly with our insurance company to make the financial side go smoothly. The roofing crew was on time and did quality work. They protected our landscape and other property, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly. Quality work done on time and as promised. Our next door neighbor used another company after the storm, and it drives him crazy that my roof looks better than his! The only issue I ever had was after I referred my daughter and son-in-law to Bone Dry, I was supposed to get a $100 gift card for the referal, but was never able to get that despite several attempts. I finally just dropped it as I was just going to give it to my daughter to help with their deductable anyway. And Bone Dry did a great job on their roof too, so no complaints at all.
