Description of Work: I had my roof and gutters replaced, facia and soffets wrapped and vented, and a ridge vent added. The price was in line with other estimates but it was the people that sold me. They were attentive, courteous, and kept me informed as the job progressed. They were personally recommended to me and I would also personally recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate to replace lost shingles after a storm. They were very quick to come prepare an estimate, and had the repairs completed in just a few days despite the cold winter weather.

Description of Work: Wood burning stove rusted due to chimney leaking. Christian spent more than an hour with us examinig problem. explain the problem giving us 3 options. It doesnt get any better than this. We were informed of all work as it was done. Chritian went the extra mile. A great person to deal with. Honest, on time & informative. Thank you Christian. Some rebuild on chimney & flashing, installed new wood burning stove.

Description of Work: I used and paid 2 other roofer's to fix a Valley/Sky light leak, with no success, Both from classified new paper. Finially called Bone Dry. They diaganosed the problem, stated that it was probable an 80 % chance that the leak was from the sky light and only 20% it was in the Roof Valley. They stated cost and alternatives. I choose the one with the highest probablity of success and they did an outstanding job, ahead of time line and charged a fair price. The fix had now withstood 2 torrential rains and the situation remains dry. I highly recommend them for any roofing situation. They are now my roofing source.

Description of Work: Built privacy fence above retaining wall. The price was about double what I'd paid someone else for another section just a year before. It was a bit of a shock. I will negogiate in the future.

Description of Work: We had flashing that was not doing the job. Bone dry came out gave us 2 estimates. 1 to fix just the leak issue and replace flashing. The other to do the gable that ran between our garage and townhome. We choose to have them do the gable. Description of Work: the flashing around my chimney was faulty and was allowing water to leak. They repaired it. We have had several hard rains since and no more leaks. They did what they said they would efficiently, neatly and when they said they would.

Description of Work: Got an estimate only. Good company, nice people just out of my price range and into the sears range just a little lower than sears. Decided to go with someone else. Like always shop around and decide for yourself. It was an enjoyable estimate process with them. I can not say that for everyone I got estimates from.

Description of Work: I had several leaks in my 23 year old roof plus some ridge caps had blown off over the years. Bone dry sent out an inspector and while walking the roof he fixed one of the leaks by sliding a new gasket over a vent stack pipe. He did thisd to two stacks with no charge at all. Wrote up the report and about 2 weeks later the repasir guy showed up. Very polite and professional and took about an hour to repair everything on the roof. No more leaks!!! Highly recommended company.

Description of Work: A few months ago I used Bone Dry Chimneys in Lexington KY to repair my spalling chimney stack. They replaced brick, poured a new top cap, installed new flues and provided a water sealant throughout. They were fast and efficient and their project manager was very patient with questions. Description of Work: Estimate only for a new chimney. Decided to repair, not replace; however, Christian was very professional and polite. Extremely thorough and took time to detail and explain what was needed and what work would be done as part of the bid. If the repair doesn't work, I'll most assuredly use them to install a new chimney.

Description of Work: Tear out old concrete steps. Re-build steps. Clean and seal patio and new steps.
