Everything went well without problems.

Person providing estimate was 2 hrs late for appt and did not call to let me know why they were late or even if they were coming at all. The unprofessionalism of this behavior caused me to decide not to hire them.

Everything went great. Beth is very knowledgeable & professional. Was helpful with suggestions.

Great from start to finish. Came out to inspect and do estimate right away, scheduled work quickly, came on time, did an amazing amount of work in a short time, cleaned up completely. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Called Thursday. Arrived to give an estimate Friday Afternoon. Neither the lowest nor the highest estimate I received. I agreed to the work, and he said that he would be there Monday or Tuesday. When he had not shown up by 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, I called again. He was on a job and admitted that he had forgotten my appointment. He agreed to be here Friday morning. He showed up on time and performed the work. All of the work was done to my satisfaction, and cleanup was thorough.

Called on M and got estimate same day. Appt. made for W to do work. They were done in less than three hours.

It went very well. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up the mess in a timely manner.

Promptly responded for estimate. Returned next day and the job was completed.

I had several companies quote me on the work and B&R was approximately 30% cheaper than any of the others. We had difficulty scheduling a day due to almost constant rain during that time. They performed the work while I was away, but neighbors were very complimentary of what they saw. I was very happy with the work they did and have recommended them to others for their tree care needs.

We agreed on a time one evening, between 6P & 8P. He never showed up so I called him at 8:15P that evening and asked him if he was coming, or needed further directions to our home. He said his truck was in a ditch and he had to deal with that and he would call us to reschedule. That was a Tuesday evening and we did not hear back from him until a lady called and left a message for me on that Saturday while we were in the middle of family functions and asked if he could come over that day. I did not return the call simply because it wouldn't work with our plans for that day, there was no notice for us and we weren't sure if we wanted to try him again. We decided to give him another opportunity so my wife called him and scheduled for this past Tuesday, again between 6P & 8P and once again he did not show up. He told us he would call us before he got to our house and he did not call and he did not show up. Both evenings my wife and I could have been doing other things instead of waiting at the house for him to come so we wasted 2 hours on two different evenings and no call from him either time. It is very frustrating. Just a simple phone call would have gone a long way but nothing from him. Very unprofessional and will definitely look elsewhere.

They do a really nice job. They take care of my yard for me. They are licensed arborists. I have used them for a long time. I trust them to do good work.

Called them on a Saturday and Beth came over for an estimate within the hour. We agreed on a price and the work was done on Tuesday the following week. Very knowledgeable and noticed an Ash tree that needed treatment. The workers were very courteous and cleaned up nicely after removing the tree. Highly recommend this company!!

I have been very pleased with the advice they have given, and their work. They are very professional,and also very pleasant to deal with.

Estimator took time to ask about possible work, (should we trim this tree, how about this tree) what about this bush which is really a large weed plant but is providing shade and privacy? Worked out a plan and estimate was received two days later. Arrived promptly on schedule and performed work to my satisfaction. Very professional work on both planning and execution.

Based on Angie's List reviews, I called the company in the morning, and Beth came out that evening to give us an estimate. She was very thorough and gave us excellent advice re: the trees we needed work on, as well as re: what we might consider doing in the future (we have 2 beautiful ash trees that she will be treating in the spring). Early the following week Beth and her crew arrived. The work took two days. Clean-up was fantastic and the crew was fast and professional.

Great... vie used this company now twice. I always get a few estimates because tree work varies. This company always is reasonably priced and do a superb job keeping my trees healthy and cutback,

I liked them a lot, but when I had a fence company came out, they told us this company was not suppose to tie the tree to the fence post. Other than that issue they had also charges us a little extra, but the work was honest.

Overall, the service went very well. They were here on time and presented themselves well. I was pleased with the price.

They treated an Ash Tree for a fungal infection. They cleared up the infection and saved the tree. I called them to come to another property to clean up a lot of debris that was left from the home builder who never cleared the lot. Not only did they pick everything up, they hauled it away. In addition, they trimmed a few trees and sprayed for poison ivy a few times. I felt like the price was a little high for the debris removal, but they did such great work that I didn't mind paying for it. The women who owns the company seems to genuinely care about the trees and she was incredibly knowledgeable. I was very thankful that they were able to do this work for us.

Overall it was a very positive experience, they recommended that the tree be removed and gave us two estimates: one for removal of the entire tree and the other for just removing the damaged portion.

We called on Monday morning and had an estimate that evening. They were onsite by the next afternoon and our trees were down within 3 hours. They removed the trees, limbs, leaves from our yard and our next door neighbor's yard. There were several workers onsite including one who climbed and cut, those who raked and carted tree cuttings, and the company's arborists.

She is an arborists. She returned my phone call the same day. She came out the next day and gave me an estimate on the spot. They were here with in a week doing the job. Everything was cleaned up beautifully.

Four people came and took the tree down. The limbs and trunk were removed carefully from my back yard with no damage to surrounding bushes or shrubs. The stump was ground out and the roots treated. They did such a good job I asked them to come back and remove and even larger tree. This was all accomplished within a week.
