No Call, No Show for scheduled appointment with Beth. Called company twice on the day of appointment got no answer and full voice mail. Poor customer service and communication!

Really appreciate the great work that Beth & crew did. She's very knowledgeable and gave good advice. They planted a maple to help screen the side of the house where we had to remove the ash tree. I'm posting this review a bit late (this was 4 months ago) but I can say that the new maple is in great health & I'm happy with the one they picked out.

Was not done as agreed. It took them several months to complete. I did most of the work myself. I was not a priority for them.

Poorly. I needed some dirt removed from the mulch bed and then mulch added. They didn't remove the dirt before putting down the mulch so they needed to redo it. I had to call them several times. I removed a lot of the dirt myself, so it didn't look like such a mess while I was waiting for them to come back. It took 3 months for them to return and complete the job.

You could not ask for better service. Such a pleasure to work with and so prompt! The very best!

Great! they did the work without us noticing, just looked out and noticed tree was gone and when the ground was dry suddenly the stump was gone also.

Everything done very professionally and followed up when needed.

B&R were great to work with. Called to get a quote, and got it later that day. Beth and Bill were so great on the phone, and the crew was friendly and polite. They took two 20+ foot ash trees down in just a few hours, and came back and ground the stumps the next day. They were great about cleaning up after. Would definitely hire again.

Beth came to our home the same day that I called. She arrived at the promised appointment time. She examined the tree carefully and asked a lot of questions. She listened to my concerns. She treated the tree and gave me instructions on how to care for the tree so that it could survive the winter and, hopefully, flourish next spring. Beth is professional, courteous and loves her work. She quoted a reasonable price to treat the tree and performed the work as agreed. She didn't make promises that were unrealistic. The tree may or may not survive; however, Beth was honest about the situation and gave her best effort. I appreciated that.

Received an estimate within 24 hours. Good communication between Bath Warner and myself. With in 5 days they came to do 20 years worth of trimming on a Pin Oak tree. Work was completed in 6 hours. Excellent job of cleaning up. Will hire again. Received a 10% discount for being on Angie's List. Will hire again.

Our bradford pear tree split during a storm and one half landed in the yard and the other half hit our building and was hanging over the neighbor's fence. We called B&R around 6PM and someone came out and gave us a quote that night. It looked like it could fall at any moment so they sent their crew out first thing in the morning and it took them about an hour to completely remove the tree and cleanup all the debris. They provided very fast and professional service. We will definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything nicely. I would use them again. Their price was better than 4 other bids we obtained.

Outstanding! This project was almost certainly outside the usual scope of services for B&R, but they tackled it head on and got the job done within 24 hours of my initial call. Beth met me the evening I contacted her to review the necessary work and provide a quote, and started a day EARLIER than expected. Again -- absolutely outstanding, from initial contact through follow up after the job.

Responded to all my phone calls. Told me when they could come and give me an estimate. Arrived as discussed. Then told me when they would be able to do the work. Did the work when they said they would and it was an excellent job. Cleaned up so well that I could hardly tell they had been here.

The B&R representative was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and the work was completed within weeks of my approval. I received a discount through Angie's List, so my cost was actually less than the above. The workers on-site were cordial and efficient. The only problem was created because the larger stump was too close to a fence post - they had to come back on site with a smaller grinder to finish the job, since the larger one had scraped the post. But considering I'd gotten a discount, and they were so quick and efficient, I'm not going to ding them for that.

They were excellent overall; they did the job very quickly and cleaned up their mess before leaving, which is more than other companies have done for me. I would highly recommend them.

B&R is the best experience I've had with a contractor of any kind since moving to Kentucky. Punctual, great service, and they really care about aesthetics and safety. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We got 3 estimates to remove a very large 60 year old ash tree in our back yard. We received the estimate quickly and in writing. The final cost was identical. Our driveway was too narrow for their truck (they had to park on the street and haul a longer distance) and the passageway from the back yard to the driveway was very narrow. Plus the proximity to fencing, garage and power lines made for even more challenges. My husband observed the process (there were 4 workers), he is a hard sell but was very impressed with the entire process. We can definitely recommend this company and will use them again for future jobs.

The representative that came out was very easy to work with. I just wasn't too impressed with the estimate or plans. I ended up going with someone else.

They were super professional and did excellent work. Beth even gave me great ideas for new plantings to put in the space vacated by the trees that would be pretty, low maintenance, and avoid getting too big to put us back in the situation we'd just gotten out of. We also use them to spray down weeds at another property and again, they do a great job. Whenever anyone asks me who did our work or mentions that they have tree work they need done, I recommend B&R without any hesitation. You hate to give someone a reference and have it go south, but I have absolutely no reservations here.
