I'm extremely pleased with this company and have used them before. Foremost, she doesn't forget you when you request services, a problem I've had with other companies who work on trees. The first time she was to come by for the work I missed the text so she contacted me a second time. Price is right around what I have paid for other, less reliable companies. She has a realistic approach, is straightforward about what can/can't be expected, and works quickly and quietly. She told me when I will need to contact her again for treatments but was not the least bit pushy, did not try to "sell" any services. I went through several unreliable companies and one absolutely horrible experience with a tree pruner (whose work this company corrected) before I found this one through Angie's List.

Very nice, professional, and cleaned up the yard like they had never been there. I needed a few slabs to be cut for a project which they were glad to do.

We were satisfied with the service provided and would use them again.

It took very little time although it was described as being very difficult. The rounds were left strewn around. I thought I was getting firewood, but they didn't split it. Apparently, usable firewood isn't the same as firewood.

It went great. I called B&R to ask them to look at 2 trees that had been "trimmed" (one of them hacked off horribly) by another company. Beth, the owner, came out and spent time talking with me about what could be done to minimize the damage done by the first company on one tree, and what could be done on my second tree to complete the job the first company left undone. She also pointed out a crossing limb on another tree that needed to be removed for a very minimal cost. She took the time to walk around the street corner to look at one tree from a distance so we could talk about what the goals could be for pruning. She made arrangements to have the pruner come now for the first part of the job and again in November to top off the second tree. She noticed the burning bushes in our yard that get attacked by mites every year and we talked about how to make sure they don't return next year. Mike, the pruner, came out a few days later. He spent a long time working on the tree the other company had messed up. He obviously took the time to do the job with great care. Beth and Mike both seemed to understand the emotional turmoil the first company had left us with by hacking the top off of our lovely 17-year-old tree and that, in our view, it wasn't just the ugliness that company had left behind, it was taking something we've enjoyed for 17 years and destroying its beauty. It was good to hear a qualified person tell me, "Yes, that tree looks unbelievably horrible." Mike did a fantastic job of making the tree blend in with the neighborhood and pruning it so as to allow it to grow back naturally throughout the next couple of years, so it can recover its former beauty the other company took away. (He also rescued a stray kitten from our roof.)

Beth Warren is without a doubt THE best in her field!! We can't say enough about her and her company. Shes not only the most knowledgeable and professional person we talked to but also the most competitively priced. She diagnosed so many issues that had been ongoing problems for years. Her assessment and treatment of things proved to be extremely accurate as all of our issues are gone or at least,improving. We can easily give her THE highest recommendation possible....she earned it!!

I called on a Friday and got an estimate from 3 companies. This company gave the best quote and did the work on the next Tuesday. The young men were professional, and went right to work. Clean up was good as well.

Did not use them for tree removal, but did use them for spraying one of my trees for disease. When I was looking for someone to take a tree down, I looked for an arborist. B&R received very high ratings on Angie's List, so I called them first. After getting the estimate for tree removal, it was suggested by B&R that I get other estimates. I truly appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness. I would definitely use them again.

They are fantastic and terrific. My experience with them has been great. They provide good service and have good communication skills. They are really responsive and do very good work. They are usually very timely and so I have no complaints about them.

They have maintained my current trees, planted trees and removed trees for me. I love the staff and know them all on a first name basis. Most recently we lost a 40 foot tree to the ice storm this winter, they came out, chopped it up and removed the tree.

I contacted them the day after a bad ice storm when half of my tree came crashing down. They showed up to do the quote that day. The woman that showed up was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was quoted 200 for the trim and 300 for cleaning the stuff on the ground and trimming the broken limbs. I thought the clean up was high but accepted it. I was told they would be able to come out until the surrounding ground was thawed because it would be dangerous to do the job on ice. Fair enough. While waiting for their return i decided to clean up the mess myself with a chainsaw. I piled everything up in front so it was easily accessed. The next week i called to see if they would be out soon and to ask them if they were still going to charge me the full priced of the clean up since i took care of half of it of my own, and was told they may be able to take about half off. When they showed up i talked to the guy doing the job and he still wanted to charge the full price of clean up, after a little haggling he knocked off $75. He also told me his bucket truck was in the shop and would have to come back to do the trimming. I told him i was fine with that and they completed the clean up and trimming of the broken branches. skip forward to two weeks later and they still haven't come back to trim the tree. I called to let them know and to my surprise they were there then next business day. They did a fine job and were very professional. Despite the hiccups i would use them again.

Contracted B/R to trim trees for a 4 plex that the family owns and needed three estimates to satisfy the family. I was unable to meet Beth to do the estimate as well as the other bids. She did give the best bid and sent it by email. The job bid was toremove trees hanging over the carport garage, parking area and around power drop feeding the building. We accepted her bid to do the work for 380.00. I was able to meet the crew headed by Her son, sorry to say I don't remember his name I think Chris. I found him very professional and likeable as well as his other coworkers. He was not working on the work order that Beth had worked up for she was out of town for several days. I was glad to meet the crew so we could make sure the work we needed done was accomplished. They did charge 100. dollars more when we received the billing that said I requested more work than contracted. That maybe my fault for not able to meet at time of bidding. I believe they did wonderful job I thought the price was more than fare. I would use them again but would try to meet at time of bidding.

They were very knowledgeable about my trees and their care. Showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

Went great. We had used them several years ago to remove dying trees and were pleased with the work at that time, so we decided to use them again. This time, we had two stumps ground out for $280. The work was performed well, and the worker cleaned up afterward. A few days later they came back with a bucket truck and four workers to trim back a very large tree that had limbs hanging low over our garage ($340). The overhanging limbs were keeping the roof from drying well, resulting in roof damage. We had B&R come cut the tree back prior to the garage repairs so the problem would not continue after the roof repairs were done. They also cut out some ugly old twisted, bent, dead limbs that had probably been damaged in ice storms years ago, and they trimmed out a lot of the smaller dead limbs. It looks so much better, and the tree shape is still very pleasing. Owner Beth kept in touch regarding when they would come do the work, and she was on site when the bucket truck was there to confirm that all was done as requested. We will definitely use them again as needed.

It went very well. We were extremely pleased with results. B and R tree service was extremely Knowledgable and Professional. We would recommend to any one.

We called and set up an appointment for the next day in the "early afternoon" to have someone come out and fix the trees. We also had another appointment that afternoon, at three, but figured they should be done by then. After no phone call and no one coming by, we called the company around 230 to let them know that we might not be there, but to call and one of us could leave the appointment and come to the house. They said that the person was running late, but should be there right around 330 or so and they would call when they got there. Well, we got back to the house right around 330 and waited for someone to come. At around 530, we called again and the owner said that he didn't know what happened and couldn't get in touch with the person that was supposed to come out. We were pretty frustrated at that point since we really didn't want to loose the tree and had waited around all day for them to come out. The owner did say that he would personally come out first thing the next day to fix the tree and did apologize. The next morning, the original guy did come out and said that he was working in a garage the previous day and got hydraulic fluid on him, so he just went home to get cleaned up and called it a day. Not sure if that is really a valid reason for not coming out and not picking up your phone. The work they did was really very good. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable about the tree and how to trim and stake it. He also let us know what to expect in terms of leaves dying and how it should last the summer. I think the amount of work he did was more than the owner originally thought was necessary, but they kept the price the same as the estimate, maybe because of the issues the day before. Due to the quality of work, I would probably use them again, but if I ran into another issue with people showing up on time, I would look for another company.

They gave estimate and came back as promised. Three men worked 3 hours to do the work. Overall they did a good job but at the end they were rushed because the men had to go to a soccer game so left some debris not cleared well. otherwise, they did well.

They had come out to treat our tree that had burrowing beatles. The treatment took care of our tree.

They appreciated our sense of loss with having to cut down the tree and seemed to really care about the tree. Not just a job that needed to be done. The cost was reasonable and they worked non-stop to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. We did not want to cut the entire tree down cause we could not bear to have it gone. Bob understood our feelings and came up with a suggestion that would make it safe to drive by the tree and still preserve what he could of the tree. We are very please with the service we received from B & R Tree Care and would recommend them whole heartedly.

Beth came out and listened to what I needed done and was very thorough in explaining what they would do and also made suggestions; she was keen on knowing what I wanted and expected from them. I told her I was leaving town in a couple of weeks and would like to have it done by that time. They were able to show up a few days before I left. Besides Beth, the other owner, Bill, came out along with two helpers. They were very efficient and kept me up to speed on what they were doing and would ask me from time to time to check their work to make sure they were getting the work done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up everything prior to leaving. These people are true professionals. For the two trees trimmed, I could have hired a "handy" type of person, but wanted it done right. I am happy with their work and my experience with them. The only thing that bothered me was they didn't call me that they were coming until about 30 minutes before and left a message in my voice mail. I would have liked to have had a little bit more advance notice, but really it all worked out fine.

My husband found them on Angies List. We were pretty happy with the job, except there was an issue with some of the shrubbery they transplanted. After the shrubs were transplanted, some of them died. I don't think it was their fault. I think it was caused by an insect. Also, I think they used a pretty cheap grade of mulch, because it had a lot of mold in it. I think their pricing was reasonable. Most of the time my husband dealt with them. We would used them again.

.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They showed up on time, they did everything we asked and they cleaned up. Thats a big thing for me. They didn't give me a bill until I said I was happy. I liked that. I asked her for the bill and she said well I want you to go check and make sure your happy first. I was like wow how cool is that? I thought it was a really good price. They will be the first ones I will call if I need that work done again.
