They're really good. They show up when you want them to you. They did what they said they were supposed to do, and they did it quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. They are professionals for what they do. They person that was working on my mother's had to build something himself for hers. He built a special part.

Company performed pm of garage door and replaced rollers. This work was done on time and in a professional manner although there was a gap between the garage door and floor that was not there before the work was done. Installers said that it would be corrected with a new bottom seal. The seal did need to be replaced. Installers said they would have to come back to install the seal since they did not have the correct seal on their truck. After several calls, they did come back to complete the job, but it was almost a month later. The seal helped to close the gap between the floor and the door, but not completely. Installer said it was because of the uneven floor. Said that I could install a seal on the garage floor to completely seal it.

They did great. Because I did not need new bearings, they set both doors on track and got them working again. They were quick and efficient.

Two men from Absolute Overhead showed up on time, checked out my garage door, and went right to work. The work was performed in a professional manner, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was so nice to have a contractor be punctual and not leave a mess behind! I was very impressed.

Spring broke on garage door - fairly common issue as the door ages. Called Overhead; they were at the house the next morning; replaced both springs in about an hour. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely call this company for service and repairs.

It was great. The only problem was the guy was lost. I told him to call before they came out here but he didn’t call. He had to call me after he got lost.

The worker showed up as scheduled, and quickly fixed the problem. He tried to talk me into doing the same service on the other side of the garage for double the cost (I had purchased a coupon on Angie's List, which was a very good deal), but the only reason he could give me for doing it was that it would make the other side quiet just like the one he had fixed AND it would make it more worth his trip from Lexington. If he had not added that last part, I might have gone for it. But he couldn't assure me that it would make the rollers on the other side last any longer, only that it would make them quieter. Although he did a very good job of fixing the side that was not working, he seemed resentful that he had driven from Lexington for $100.00 and stated that his boss would never offer that coupon again. This is the reason for the "B" on professionalism. Now the other side is starting to give us trouble, and I'm not sure that I will use this company, just because I have the impression that for him to come back will be very expensive. I think I'll look around for another coupon from another company!
