Very nice, respectful and professional work.

I called with the spring broke on a Saturday morning. Aaron came out in just a couple of hours. Aaron was able to fix The broken spring intention cords that had snapped. Also replaced some other pets too. He was very nice and did great work. The garage works better now than it did 10 years ago when we moved into the house.

They responded in less than 24 hours and it was also repaired within this time frame so it went very well.

Excellent. The company provided next day service. The technician Aaron Gilbert evaluated the problem quickly and provided several options for repairs. He was very personable and professional. He completed the work quickly and competently.

Pleased with service, skill of workers on site and professionalism. They also provided feedback/correction on error which had been created during putting in the garage door opener (greatly appreciated and it clearly works better!). Cost was higher than expected, but not really sure the going rate. Would do business with again, but maybe after getting a quote from somewhere else first for comparison purposes.

Our (very old) garage door broke so we called Absolute Overhead Door to see about getting it fixed or replaced and we have had a wonderful experience from the start! When I called the office for more information, I spoke with Becky who was so kind, helpful and got someone scheduled to come see about our garage quickly. Today we worked with Aaron Gilbert and cannot say enough great things about him! He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very nice. He talked through all options with us and patiently answered all of our questions. Aaron helped us find the best option for what we need and clearly explained all the pros and cons of what we were considering. He spent time fixing our broken garage door so we could close it while we wait for the new garage door to be installed--which they can also do incredibly quick. So glad to be working with this company and definitely recommend them!

The whole process was exceptional. I made a call to get a quote to repair/replace my very old garage door opener. I had an appointment the next day. Aaron called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He provided a quote and had all the basic parts on his truck to conduct the repairs that day. The quality of his work was great. During his install, he even repaired a few things that were poorly done with the last opener was installed many years ago.

Dalton was fabulous! I am so thankful for his hard work today. It took him several hours and I could tell he was running into issues with my garage system (it’s an old property, I’m sure it was the pits), but Dalton didn’t give up and he finished in the same day. Now I have a working garage and I am so happy! Both technicians that I met from Absolute Overhead Doors were fantastic. The first technician, James, (made the estimate and measurements) was also extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

Excellent! James was exceptional. Not only was he willing to come do the assessment that day, but he promptly darted to my home without hesitation when he had just gotten home from a long's day of work. He presented three viable options and provided guidance on why each one would work. I ultimately chose to replace the system and he stayed well into the evening to get it done so I could move my car inside the garage in the frigid temps. He was professional and respectable of my time. A true class act of exceptional customer service!

Went great. Appreciate that Absolute sent info to ensure I knew who was coming. They actually arrived much earlier than planned but checked first. While their estimate may not be the lowest cost, they clearly invest in customer service and hiring and retaining people who present knowledgeably and professionally.

The servicemen were very professional and explained the quotes in detail. They said they would match a competitors quote. I would recommend them.

Excellent work. They were able to identify the source of a loud squealing noise when the door was in motion to a torsion spring bearing that needed lubrication. This was after the original door installer had been unable to resolve or fix the squealing, blaming it instead on the garage door opener track rail.

Zach was on time and even called when he was about 15 minutes out. Got the work done quickly.

The expected service was performed promptly and smoothed out the operation. However the problem (door reversing and not closing) returned again several days later. It seems to be a function of temperature so we'll try increasing the tension some more and verify alignment on the sensors at the base.
