The service men were friendly and right on time. The work was completed very quickly. It was a good experience.

It's been a while since I've been this pleased with service call. After discovering my broken garage door spring on a Saturday afternoon, I found Absolute Overhead Door Service on here on Angie's List as a well reviewed service provider. They were also one of the few that were open on the weekend, and to my surprise do not charge an "emergency" rate for weekend work. I placed a quick call to their local number and was able to quickly make an appointment for a two-hour window a short time after the current time. The workers showed up approximately 20 minutes after my call, quickly assessed the appropriate hardware to install and were done installing the new spring(s) before an hour had passed from my initial call. They also quickly lubed all the rollers, hinges, and even the track of the opener. The cost was in what I understood was to reasonably to be expected for the work. The coupon I printed off from Angie's List helped with that as well (10% off service). Overall, I was just really pleased with the service. I'd definitely have no problems calling them again and I'd recommend them to friends for garage door issues.

Service was excellent. The service provider arrived early, and was able to complete the work quickly. He showed me how to set a new code and use the keypad. I've had them service the door before, and I can always tell after they've been there (it's much quieter, and seems to run more smoothly).

Worker was easy to talk to, explained a few things to me about my garage door, answered my questions, and got my door functioning more quietly. He explained the upkeep I would need to do to keep it functioning smoothly. He was fast, efficient, professional.

They did not replace the keypad. They didn't check something and they were supposed to do that.

It went fine. The guy was very nice and everything.

Mike was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed and will use him again.

After the service, it was remarkable how quietly the door lifted and shut! We had a problem immediately following the service and the door would not raise. Tim came back out and checked everything and we never had another problem.

In and out, including inspection and test runs, in less than 30 minutes. Very nice service man.

He was right on time and very professional. He replaced all the rollers, even though I had more rollers than normal. He even told me where to oil the door when needed. He checked out the door and advised it was in good shape. He also programed two new door openers for me, for a very resonable fee.

Service was well done. Garage door operates more smoothly than before.

It was okay. My wife scheduled that. There was a couple of other things I was talking about and he didn't seem interested. The only problem was that I wasn't aware that he was scheduled to come and replace the rollers. He was sociable and very polite and he was observant. He did what he was scheduled to do and left. He was very pleasant. We had a nice conversation.

Broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon. Went to the top of the list, Absolute Overhead Door Service, saw their weekend 8am-8pm hours and called their number. I explained I had a broken 16' door to the lady who answered. She said she would have to call one of their techs to see if they could come out, and she would call me right back. It's now Monday, no return called. In the meantime, #2 on the list came through and my door is fixed.

Scheduling an appointment was super-easy, as was rescheduling it! I was originally able to obtain an appointment for the next day - but I needed to change it for later the same week. No problem! My appointment window was between 10 am and noon. The technician, Dillon Walker, phoned me at 10:30 to let me know his arrival time - which he met promptly. He was very polite and professional, performing our services and even giving us maintenance tips! Before he left our home, he ensured that our door was in proper working order. The maintenance work took only about 1/2 hour total but WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our garage door opens and closes so smoothly and silently. My husband says, "If I would have known fixing this was so easy and inexpensive, I would have scheduled the work years ago!" I'm sure our neighbors will appreciate the sound difference as much as we do!

Showed up when they said they would. Advised what they would do and proceeded to so. Stayed on budget.

My garage door quit working on a Sunday prior to the major snow storm on 2/16/2015. I was unable to lift the door up or put it down manually so it was half open when the storm hit. I had an appointment for Absolute Overhead to come to my home on 2/19/15, but I became desperate as my pipes had frozen due to the extreme cold and I thought that it would possibly help to have the door shut. I asked if they could just come to my home to get the door shut. While it did take a couple of days to get service, I completely understand due to the weather conditions. Many businesses were closed and many Lexington area residents were unable to leave their neighborhoods. The technicians from Absolute Overhead came to my home and evaluated the situation, they said they would be able to get the door on track and make it so the electric opener would operate the door. I told them I had bumped the door with the car and that it wouldn't work with the door lift since that time. They could probably have sold me a new door, but they said that the problem with the door was simply cosmetic and they could get it in operation. A half hour later it was fixed as they said and I'm a happy camper. These gentlemen were working in extremely cold conditions and I can't say enough positive things about them. I would highly recommend Absolute Overhead Door.

already had synthetic rollers so got the $89.- credit from Angie's List. paid $51.- by check , total $ 140.- did the spray lube ,adjusted door, needed 2 photo eyes($90.-) $40.- f.service charge + $10.- labor or fuel charge. forgot to reset key pad, came back a few days later ,fixed @ no charge

It was quick easy and well done.

It was very good. They were very flexible. I had an issue with the door and they agreed to fix it instead of the tuneup. One of the springs was disconnected and they repaired it. He was a good guy and I don't know if he was the owner or a manager that came out but he was friendly, clean cut and very professional.

Excellent service. Came out on time next day to assess the problem (broken hinge and rivets stopped door from raising and lowering). Offered to fix for $75 dollars even the though the door had obviously seen better days - no hard sell on new door. I decided to replace it anyway and the gentleman spent some time patching up the old one to get it working until they could replace it - for free! They turned up on time again 2 days later and did a great job at a great price. Would highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat.

Tim and Mike arrived promptly at the set time. My garage door would not open. They saw that the springs were previously installed too tightly. They adjusted that problem and found out that a new part was also needed. They had the new part in stock and replaced the damaged piece in the same visit. Tim and Mike were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone's tune-up or troubleshooting.

The person who did the job was professional and thorough. He did his work in a very timely manner. He was polite and answered all my questions.

I was able to get an appointment quickly after I purchased the deal. The service was good. I thought they did a fine job and I had no complaints.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and work that was performed. I would use this company again.
