Removed and replaced a garage door. Disposed of old door and tracks. No problems.

No services were provided because their firm was not familiar with the Wayne Dalton I-Drive garage door opener that I had. They were honest in admitting said lack of knowledge and did not charge for a service call.

It went really well. They were about 20-25mins late and didn't call. But he did a good job and seemed to know what he was doing. He replaced the rollers and answered my questions.

They arrived on time, did the work as promised, and did a good job with the repairs.

The garage man came promptly with a smile and gave me pointers on how to maintain the garage door.

They were in and out very quickly. They knew what they were doing. They gave good suggestions on what to look for with our garage door and the springs as well. He showed us how to read the door to know when it needs service again. We would use them again.

Outstanding service. I called late this morning and their technician arrived on time at 3 pm. He was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem and adjusted the door. He explained what he did and had it all fixed in less than 45 minutes. I selected this company based on reviews here, and I was not disappointed with the outcome.

I bought their big deal on Angie's List for $111, they came out the next day and replaced all the old worn out rollers with really good ones that should last for a very long time, adjusted the tension and track, changed my light bulb for me (if you have a bulb they will change it), and lubricated every tiny joint and roller. I never knew it could be this quiet! He was on time and also educated me on the spray to get to keep the joints and such lubricated and in good working order. Very pleased, the deal was a great value to start with, but it came with great customer service too which is hard to find!

We were having an issue with one of our garage doors not going up and down smoothly. This service appeared to be a good deal for us, so we contacted the provider. They were prompt and efficient at getting out to look at the issue. They found that a door spring was broken, and due to the spring style, they needed to replace the whole spring unit. Estimate was another $350 ($450 total with $100 already committed from Angies List Deal). I declined, and called the company that originally installed the doors 7 years ago. They charged me $130 to replace the spring unit, and door works fine again. I believe the estimate given by this supplier was inflated, and I wasted $100 for this deal. I believe this company would have done a good job replacing the spring unit, but I knew their quoted cost was high.

My experience with them was very good. I really didn't meet with them, my husband did. He said that they were here and in and out and didn't take them very long at all. As far as I know, they came when they said they were going to come.

They did a pretty good job. Actually, the owner of the company came out and worked in my garage. They did an awesome job. I talked to him for a little while he was working. It seemed like he was a pretty busy man too. He got here quickly.

The company answered my call on the first ring and scheduled an appointment for service at my convenience. The service man was prompt, efficient, competent, clean and professional. The difference in the noise-level and performance of my garage door was remarkable and the service man even showed me how to use features I didn't know I had. I expect to use this company anytime I need routine service or repair. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We interviewed 3 suppliers and chose Absolute based upon the quality of the insulated door panels and fact they met federal standards for a tax refund. The sales person was very knowledgeable, answered our questions, and provided a competitive price. The installer arrived on time, did an excellent job, and thoroughly cleaned after himself. The doors work very quietly and provide better than expected insulation qualities.

I called another garage door company in Louisville on a Friday afternoon at 5pm but they could not make it until Tuesday. I needed it fixed right away so I took a shot in the dark and called these guys. Vince always answered the phone and set an appointment for Saturday. They did the repair and the pricing was in line with what my neighbor paid from another vendor. They charge the same $40 service fee on weekends or during the week so that was a plus.
