Servicing areas from Just North of Dayton Ohio all the way down to Lexington & Louisville KY areas. We have a radius of 120 miles of Cincinnati OH. & Northern KY . OnthewallTVinstall.com offers TV wall mounting & Home theater installs, our pricing is NOT the average pricing scale. We have re-designed the way TV wall mounting & Home theater installs are sold. In 2002 We separated from an exclusive contract with one the nations largest electronics stores just before they went out-of-business. We were responsible for fixing the mistakes made during the sales process & we had to do this on-site with no warning. This would happen on 3 out of 5 TV wall mount installs sold by the stores. We designed a way to solve all of the problems that were caused by the sales process. The problem was that the materials were more costly than the entire installation cost & the sales person would not always mention that to the customer. This means that when the installer arrives he has no materials to install for the customer, unless he has the materials on-the-truck to sell to the customer. Having the materials to sell the customer is nice, yet the customer most likely felt mis-led by the store after they were sold the install & now they have to pay more money. Normally the installation cost is comprised of labor & warranty fees. The majority of other companies do not include materials for installation like brackets or wires. They want you to supply them all or buy them from them at an extra fee for each item like HDMI wire, mounting bracket & elec. bridge. We are different as we include all the materials for the TV wall mount installation for the NO wires look. That is the difference!

Description of Work: Hung a flatscreen TV in the family room. Installation was tight - it was between two bookcases - on the fireplace chimney. After the installation he synced up the TV remote control with the Time Warner remote so only 1 is being used. Also went through the new TV set process up for the best picture. I am very satisfied.

Description of Work: Installer was awesome. He showed up when he said he would. He installed our TV above the fireplace. He even made sure that the TV/Cable was working before he left.

Description of Work: Installed Overhead projector and drop down screen. Screen was installed backwards and was not wired. Had to wire myself and found to be installed backwards. Had to remove and reinstall the drop down screen to reverse it myself due to no-show and refusal to answer calls of contractor. Unfortunately we had already paid. Very unprofessional performance.

oops I did make a mistake on this install I did mount the projector screen reverse per customer request however I should have verified the information that the customer gave me before I mounted the screen it was my mistake I did mount the screen over 18 feet high in a church the customer wanted the screen to be mounted on the backside of a beam going across the ceiling of the church I notified the customer that the screen would be backwards and they would not be able to see the white side of the screen if we did that at that point the customer told me that they ordered the screen specially made with the screen flip because the screen was electronically operated I could not open the screen to determine whether or not they had actually been customized to fit the customer's request I should have done that it was my mistake I am refunding the customer in regards to the cost of remounting the screen. I apologize to the customer and told them I would get right back out there just flip the screen around however the customer needed it flipped around sooner than I could get back to them so I had to offer the refund. the customer I do apologize for the inconvenience I should have verified the customized screen in some manner or fashion even though it was not possible for me to open it maybe I should have called the manufacturer.

GREAT!
Description of Work: Mike came late but it wasnt his fault. However, it was worth the wait. He hung a corner mount TV in our BR, hid the wires in the wall. also hung a 62 inch high over a fire place in my man cave, installed my Bose wall speakers and ran the wires and also installed a new stereo system, speaker route box I bought and we now have speakers on the deck by the pool and thru the house. He was terriffic!
