From the estimate to the completion of the job, they did what they said they would do and for the price they quoted.

We use them all the time. They are phenomenal. They came out on a Sunday with less than an hour’s notice. My air conditioning blew up and they came over immediately and fixed the problem. I had to pay the Sunday charge. They are very friendly, very reasonable and very cooperative.

They did a good job; arrived within the two hour window and their technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He cleaned the line pretty quickly but was not able to determine what caused the problem. He was able to show me how to clean any clogs that develop in the future and also checked our furnace for us to make sure it was functioning properly. I will use them again in the future.

An in-home estimate was scheduled at my preferred time and showed up promptly at that time. An estimate was drawn up. After gathering competing bids I chose to go with this estimate. The service was scheduled at my preferred time approximately 32 hours later (allowing time to order and receive the unit to be installed). The installers showed up on time, were courteous and professional, completed the work in an acceptable amount of time, and left no traces of their visit. The work looks cleanly finished and solid, and my new A/C works great. The price I was billed was exactly what was stated on the estimate.

On time and courteous. Focused on the job at hand, quickly diagnosing issue, fixing and getting out of the house. Perfect.

In the midst of the current heat wave, my air conditioner stopped working. It was about 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening. I called Kinser & Kinser first thing Friday morning to schedule a service call. I was given the window of between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and was advised that the technician would call on his way to my home. I received a call around 2:20 saying he was on his way. He arrived around 2:30 and went to work. 'Mike' (employe # 511) was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a very hot day and it was hotter in the house than it was outside. The lightbulb in the ceiling fixture in the laundry room had quit working that morning. Before he even started the repair, he changed it for me. Mike showed me the part that needed replacing, explained what it did and why it was necessary. He answered all my questions readily - even the 'dumb' ones! When he was finished with the repair, he presented me with the paperwork. It was only then I remembered I had a discount coupon from Angie's List. He patiently refigured the bill. Mike was pleasant, personable, and professional the entire time he was here. I couldn't be happier with the repair, Mike, and by his representation of them, Kinser & Kinser.

I called Kinser and Kinser late in the day to have them come look at my HVAC system. They came out first thing the following morning and had me up and running in twenty minutes. Kinser and Kinser are so easy to work with. Everyone is professional and prompt. They schedule a time and stick to it, in fact, sometimes they're early. They call ahead to ensure you're available. I have an older home and an ancient heating and cooling system and they've done everything they can to keep it alive without costing me big money. Their annual maintenance plans are reasonable and cover a tuneup in the spring and fall, and the maintenance plan provides a discount on any services performed. I'm very pleased with their service and will continue to do business in the future.

Replaced our old system with a complete new one. Work done on time and done very well. We have used this company many times for repairs and replacement of major items Hot Water,Gas Lines ect. Very good people to deal with.

They were a little bit on the pricey side, but they provide reliable service. They are very professional. They did everything by the book. They had all the forms that they needed to have. They followed up with calls. I had no trouble getting them to come out. We have had a good experience with them.

Have used many times ,each time they show up when they should and do what they should.

I had trouble with the drain on my A/C unit clogging and then the condensed water would overflow and leak through the ceiling. This happened twice in the ten years I lived at the house and Kinser fixed it both times. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and the work was done right. I also used them for an "unknown" problem with my A/C that turned out to be a dead animal in the unit. (ewww, I know) I wasn't sure that critter removal was their territory, but the service man removed it for me and thoroughly cleaned the unit. It ended up saving me money on the critter service I had scheduled to come that same day to find the animal, since I got the A/C back up and running and the critter gone on the same service call.

THE ISSUE WAS WITH THE GUY WHO CAME OUT. WHEN HE PULLED UP IN HIS TRUCK, HE WAS ON THE CELL PHONE. HE TALKED ON THE CELL PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME HE WAS HERE. I SET UP A LADDER FOR HIM TO GET UP TO THE ATTIC AND HE TALKED ON HIS CELL PHONE UP THERE. THEY CHARGE YOU A MINIMUM CALL TIME, AND I FELT THAT I DIDN'T PAY FOR HIM TO BE ON HIS CELL PHONE THE WHOLE TIME. HE REPLACED THE PART THOUGH, BUT THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS LACKING.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM IS THAT ONCE THEY GET IT IN, THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT, FORTY OR FIFTY DOLLARS, JUST TO COME OUT. THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE ANY WORK. I THOUGHT THE FIRST YEAR SHOULD BE FREE, TO COME AND CHECK THE FREON.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY SEEM TO HAVE A PRODUCT LINE THAT I LIKED. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE WERE FAIR. I WAS SATISFIED.
