the telephone agent informed me they do not do plumbing work. i called back later and was told the same thing and then i asked for a plumber referral. Note; the rating is for the service conversation only. no work performed.

He was not as professional as he could have been.

They told me that I needed some expensive duct work done. They also told me I'd need a new furnace system. I had another company come out and they told me the system was fine and I've had no problems with it.

Kinser & Kinser was able to schedule the appointment within two days for first call in the morning, which they said would be 8:00 am. They called just before 8:00 to say they were on their way and arrived about 8:15. George Mckinney, the lead plumber, and his assistant were very professional. They looked at the job and gave me a price, $375, that seemed reasonable. George said it was a fixed price for extending a gas line to a stove. I had priced out the parts and they came to about $150 or so at Home Depot. The only other estimate I received was $679 from Dauenhauer. The Dauenhauer plumber said that they didn't estimate jobs based on time and materials but on the job as a whole, or something like that, although he did say that the parts were about $300. George and his helper were done by about 10:45 am and did a nice job. I was very happy with the work. The only thing I wish Kinser & Kinser had done differently was to tell me when I called that they had a fixed price for the work I wanted done.

Excellent. The price was right. The warranty is transferable to new owner. They showed up right on time everyday. I was out of heat for 1 week and they had a new furnace installed in less than a half day plus the air condition..

They've been my go-to guys for years, and they always do great work. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They cleaned and did a check-up on my systems. The office will even call when they're on their way and they give an hour window for appointments.

Furnace installation was fine. I had a Nest thermostat installed prior to the work. They couldn't get the nest for some reason and installed a cheaper Trane thermostat. They mounted over the Nest decorative plate which just looked bad. I haven't been happy with the new thermostat and the contract stated to reuse my Nest. I went to see what the issue with the nest was and popped the cover off the new thermostat and seen they completely screwed through the nest mounting plate/ decorative plate. If even wanted to use the Nest again there would be two large screw holes sticking out. I can't figure out why they would trash it.

Bart was very professional and very thorough. He went beyond any type of evaluation I have ever seen. He even offered to provide room air conditioners for us until the new unit could be installed because the old unit didn't work at all and the temp outside was in the low 90's with high humidity. We didn't go with Kinser and Kinser but I recommend them just based on Bart's service for us.

It was around $25000 to put it in. The price was an A, it was about the going rate. They offer competitive prices and consistently good service.

We talked with 3 contractors and Kinser and Kinser was our hands down favorite. We worked with Bart at Kinser and he was excellent. Of everyone we spoke with, Bart was the best at explaining our options and related pros and cons. Given the cost of replacing/upgrading 2 HVAC units, understanding the wide range of choices was quite important and Bart excels at explaining things to someone that doesn't have expertise in HVAC. In addition to communicating well and being responsive, their price was competitive with the other companies. We did not purchase the property which is the ONLY reason we didn't proceed with the purchase/service.

Found a coupon for a local business for HVAC and wanted to give them a try.Kinser and Kinser were very courteous, kind and on time. There were two guys and they seemed to work well with each other. For our size home, they were only here about an hour. They made sure not to make or leave a mess behind.They were mindful of our home and didn't leave anything laying around. It has made a drastic difference in our home after their services. We recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again. *Date of service is the correct month, didnt recall exact date.

The salesmen was very nice and helpful. The installers were efficient, polite and did a good job. The office help was very good. I was very pleased with the work this company did for us.

Great service! Helped us when other companies quoted exorbitant rates in heat of summer. Timely, responsive, professional , courteous, friendly. Couldn't have asked for better service. Have recommended to others, and will use in the future.

At first the person came out and told us we didn't have a problem it must have freed itself. But we still paid 100$. In two days we had the same problem but when we called they came back out and credited the money we had paid toward fixing it. All in all they fixed the problem. They are a little pricey however

The installation went extremely efficiently, and smoothly. The two installers were excellent in all regards. They were courteous, pleasant, very knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation quality was excellent. They moved whatever was needed for the installation, and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. They improved the original installation considerably, including relocating a new outside electrical disconnect box further away from the gas meter and condenser (to fully comply with code). They replaced the A/C 50 amp circuit breaker, with a new 40 amp breaker to not exceed the maximum rating for the more efficient unit. All new copper tubing was installed for the R410A charged A/C. The two installers arrived promptly on time before 8AM on both the scheduled dates. They both worked continuously without taking any breaks or lunch. They completed the air conditioner replacement and furnace installation the first day, and the gas furnace inlet and flue piping the second day. The air conditioner was functional the first day, and the furnace was started and functionally tested. The price was very good. It was within $25 of another reputable vendor's quote, but with upgraded equipment. The other vendor quoted a Trane XB13 A/C, and an 80% efficient furnace (with existing metal flue), while my installed equipment is a Trane XB16 A/C, with a 92% efficient furnace.

The guy said they will be back because he need pipe, couple days past and he did not come so I called the office and I got a rude receptionist. The owner later make up for it and everything was ok.

It went fine. They serviced the edge of it and cleaned it and changed the filter and checked the thermostat and I have no problem with it. I have had various companies before and they were the most responsive, prompt, courteous and I'm just happy with the service. They were one of the most professional.

The hot water heater was only 4 years old(came from them and installed by them). Repair man said it was under warranty but the bill was still over 500.00! Started out saying I would probably get a new hot water heater because of warranty and in the end it cost me over 500.00. I noticed the reviews on Kinser and Kinser are mostly years old. Maybe they have changed. I will not use them again( I had used them 15 years - no more!)

The lady plumber did an excellent job and was pleasant and professional.

I was very happy with the work that they did. They were very punctual and polite. They were very respectful of our property. We had had a huge flood in our basement, so it was already messy down there but they still respected what we owned and did a good job. They answered all our questions and made sure that we understood exactly each step of the process. They took out our old furnace and rewired our whole heat pump system and when they did the quote they did offer several different options on how to install it, which components to use together, which ones were the best and their recommendations on which would be best for our home and our personal circumstances. They were very professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. We did have one small glitch, it was incredibly cold this winter and our heat pump was not keeping up, so we called them and they were here within I think 2 hours to reevaluate the system and made some adjustments and it was back on track.
