Description of Work: I wanted to replace my aging furnace and A/C so I called several different companies and one of them was Kinser & Kinser. They did a proper calculation to size the unit and explained several different options to me. Bryden, the salesperson took time to answer my questions and was accommodating to some special requests that I had for my installation. After choosing them to do the work, there were a few additional questions that I had about the install so Bryden and Larry Kinser came back to review the job and ensure it was going to be done to my liking. On the day of installation, the crew was professional and did their best to clean up after themselves. After the first day, we had a few concerns with the way some things were done but we explained these concerns to Joe, the lead installer on the second day, and he assured us that it would be done the way we wanted it. Sure enough, when the work was complete he explained what they had done and showed my wife how they corrected the issues we pointed out. He was very professional and wouldn't leave until we were completely satisfied. Overall, I was very happy with the job that Kinser & Kinser did. They were not the cheapest, but we definitely feel like we got what we paid for - a quality job done right.

Description of Work: Tuned up heat pump. They were on time and very professional. My service rep. did what had to done and didn't try to sell something not needed. I understand that they have a new program, to make the service rep's sales men . I hope they don't try this, if they do they will end a 14 yr relationship.

Description of Work: Trouble shot the system. Determined that the capacitor to the fan motor was defective. Replaced capacitor. Works well!

Description of Work: Kinser& Kinser installed a 4ton Trane Heat Pump with a 5ton air handler for our 2 story home. If memory serves, it is a 2stage unit which operates according to need ultimately saving energy and lowering electric bills, therefore the higher cost. Kinser & Kinser were happy to educate us in our choices as to cost and performance. From sales to service, Kinser & Kinser were professional, informative, punctual, efficient and respectful. |

Description of Work: My second stage went out on my heat pump and they came out and serviced it. Discovered that the main board was bad. I just purchased the house and was not aware if anything was under warranty since it was a foreclosure, they did the research and found it had an extended warranty and completed all the work under warranty which included replacing the condenser. They were great and very professional.
