It went great. I am going to call them to winterize the system.

Everything went really well overall. There was a little disconnect early on with the early summer load and backlog of work AAI had to catch up with but once we had a set date they were great and very punctual. Only issues we had were 2 leaks by some valves but they were easily fixed, some minor regrading I had to do (adding new topsoil) due to the voids left where the old system was removed, this was something we anticipated though. Based on the 3 other irrigation companies we've used over the last 10 yrs, AAI seems to be hands down the most professional, and quality focused as well as honest. Would definitely recommend and continue to use for future projects, we're very happy.

The crew showed up when it was scheduled to start. They explained what they were gong to do and went over the sprinkler locations with me. They needed to trench under a sidewalk and a two car driveway. As well as a underground conduit I had installed, they had to deal with two large trees in the backyard and all of the tree roots that went with them. I was truly impressed. The entire crew was very professional and courteous while they were here. The day before they finished I had reservations about what my yard looked like. But after they completed their work you can not tell where the had been trenching or digging all of holes for the many sprinkler heads. I am now waiting for the owner to stop by and instruct us on the use of the system. Again, I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism they showed during the three days. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Have dealt with many irrigation companies over past 20 years. This company restored my faith that a responsible and reliable company really exists. They were tremendous communicators, very professional and did high quality work. They now service my entire system. A real tribute to their trade.

I bought the deal on Angie's List, and they performed the service the next day. We've used them in the past and are big fans!

Rick was a very punctual and professional installer who worked very diligently while hear thus well-earning the hourly labor rate. The system works like new. The only disappointment was in pricing. The estimate was for between four and five hundred and ended up at $553 which would not have been that bad if not for the recognized inflation on parts. The 34 riser extensions were rated at $4.50 per and probably cost about 40-cents each. Heck, I found 5 of them laying around the yard...maybe I should sell back for $9 a piece? ;-)

It turns out I had made a mistake in programming and John was very helpful in explaining how it should be done and offering suggestions on watering times/frequencies. He also discovered an error in the wiring so an entire zone was not being activated. After he left, I discovered a leak in a dripline that had not been apparent on the initial service call. Another service tech came the next day and repaired it and 2 more leaks that were found. He left repair couplings and showed me how to use them in case more leaks cropped up. I felt the cost of the repairs were very reasonable and the service was exceptional. I have found my irrigation system specialists and look forward to a long relationship with them.

Knowledgeable guy who showed up. Had difficulty in understanding our monitoring system but figured it out. Turned on the water to the sprinkler system. Checked all sprinker heads. Replaced one for $20....that was not included in price. Overall a decent experience. No pressure sales to buy anything more.

diagnosed the problem, secured the part and came back and installed. He is coming back to correct one component....very nice man who is a hard worker

Everything went as expected and I was shown how to set the timers as expected.

I needed a new backflow preventer, and they provided a model that I can disconnect and take inside for the winter. Brilliant! They started my irrigation system, checked each zone and repaired a couple of leaks. I'm having them come back to split one of my irrigation zones into two. The installer made it far too long. I wish had had Artenos install the system. They pointed out things they would have done differently, some of which I will have them fix. They definitely will service my system from now on.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We had him complete the repairs to our system (at additional cost). We would definitely use Arteno's again.

The cost was twice as cheap as the sprinkler system i have been using. i will definitely hire them again.

Even after the sprinkler system good to go we stayed and spoke about some lawncare and fertilizer tricks. The conversation drifted into landscape lighting and all of this was simple counsel and not a sales pitch. Just two guys comparing notes. Nice personal touch.

They gave me a clout but have not done anything yet. They are great, good, and professional.

Crew arrived and completed previously discussed plans . They finished in the time they said and cleaned up area . Always called if plans changed and or times changed Owner came when finished to explain how to operate and to,look over work
