They're an A+, I have used them for over 2 years already and they have been great.

The service was great, he came out and put in the irrigation system, our house slopes downs the hill and the water sort of settles down the hill and somehow killed some plants. They were very friendly

They did a great job and they showed up on time.

Have dealt with several irrigation companies over the years, but by far most professionally run company I have dealt with. Really know what they are doing and very customer oriented.

I've never left a negative review on Angie's list before, but I feel I must warn people. The A Artenos earned is from past service, not current. Buyer beware. They're nice people but their work has really fallen off. We've used Artenos for 3 years now, and, sadly will never use them again. In 2016, they were responsive and did good work, replacing heads and helping set up new pots and watering areas. They came several times and did good work. In 2017, they were so so. We needed to call them several times for repairs, and sometimes they'd get it right. Other times, they'd arrive without the right supplies even though we'd told them what we needed. In 2018, it's been bad and getting worse. We'd request something and the guys would just show up unprepared. The straw that broke the camel's back for us was when they shut down the system for the winter, yesterday. The guy who arrived told us about how several people have quit or been fired and how far behind they are. I'm not sure why he was telling us that. He also told us that we needed to turn off water to the entire house for him to complete the shut down work. We let him do that, but we knew that wasn't right. When he "finished", he left without turning the water back on. When we turned it back on, we found he had not finished. Water started spraying in great quantities where he was supposed to shut off the system and soon was leaking into our basement from outside. I called him and asked him to come back. He said he was on another job and would come in 2 hours, which meant we'd have no water until he returned. We called several times before we could get anyone to come by to get it right. It took over 3 hours to get it fixed, and we had to keep water off in our whole house the entire time. Finally, they sent a more experienced person to fix it. The interesting thing is that, while their workmanship was sloppy and took a long time to get it right, their billing department functions very efficiently. In less than 24 hours, I'd received a bill in email. Wow! I honestly thought they'd just waive the fees after the fiasco they caused.

They were able to fit us in earlier than we were scheduled and got the job done on time. They workers were courteous and cleaned up every night before going home. If they needed clarification, they would ask but other than that we didn’t even know they were outside. We also love that the system is automated and can be controlled from our phones. Easy to use and very well explained.

I could not have been more pleased with the quality work and customer service

They were outstanding. Many of my beds are around my house and patio. They installed soakers here so nothing was sprayed on wooden fencing or my house foundation. The men installing the soaker system were especially careful working around my established plantings. They made sure the sprayers in my yard covered all areas. As I had never had an irrigation system before, they sent one of their servicemen out when I needed instruction again after the initial setup. When it came time to shut the system down this fall, I had no trouble making an appointment. Everything from start to finish has been handled professionally.

They did an excellent job at both. Showed flexibility when making onsite decisions, adjustments and worked with me to ensure all water coverage met my needs and once lit - I added additional lighting. Excellent work, great crew!

It went fabulously, the crew came when I was promised, was efficient, and got the job done. After the installation, the builder added sod, and damaged a couple of sprinkler heads. John, the owner came out personally and replaced them. This was an after hours visit, because the sod needed to be watered. I cannot speak more highly of the service, and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Artenos!

They were prompt and even came back without problems to adjust some of the the sprinkler heads.

The technician arrived on time and quickly found the broken part. Replaced it, and then made sure that everything was functioning as it should.

It went very well. In addition to my grass I was especially interested in my flower beds surrounding the house and patio. I was tired of dragging the hose around to water all those flowers. In addition to installing drip lines in all these beds, they set it up so my large patio pots would be watered automatically.......which made me extremely happy. They began work when it was scheduled and worked quickly, but carefully to finish in a timely manner. Everyone that worked on this project was respectful of my property and took great care to disturb my flower beds as little as possible. The work was done late last fall. It wasn't until this spring that the system was turned on. At this time everything was explained to me including all the options I could have in regards to the schedule I wished to follow. After several weeks I realized I wanted to make some adjustments to the sprinklers and called for help. A serviceman was sent out to show me how I could make these adjustments as well as answering all my questions. I don't think I could have made a better choice selecting a company for this job.

They came out with in 24 hours and replaced my line. They spend a lot of time, designing it to be the most cost effective instead of overcharging me. They've been great. Recently, they've come out to dewinter-ize my sprinkler system. They've very proactive, and very nice. When I called the originally, it was on a Friday or Saturday, and the owner came out on a Sunday to give a quote.The have great prices, they beat everyone else out.

I am very happy with their work! They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in two days. I am amazed at how little damage was done to the yard by burying lines and installing sprinkler heads. You can't tell they were even in the yard unless you walk across it. Once the system was installed John came out and walked me through how to program the system. The new system is much easier to use than my last system.

I had used Artenos for prior irrigation system maintenance needs based on positive Angie's List reference so did not hesitate to rely on them for a larger rework of my system as a result of pool installation. John is 100% a professional! His timely assessment of my needs was appreciated, his estimate of cost was very accurate, and his follow up to schedule his team for final installation was well coordinated and communicated. His team then performed all services to the highest standard of quality, actually coming in under budget, and in the timely manner that I only wish the rest of my pool installation service providers could half-match. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Artenos for all your irrigation system needs...they are the model for what Angie's List members appreciate and rely on!

John as well as the people that work for him were very professional. When they were done installing the system you couldn't even tell that someone had installed an irrigation system. They even moved one sprinkler head after it was installed as I was concerned that it was too close to the driveway. They did this for no charge. I had priced this out a couple years again for much more with two other companies. Not only was his price lower, but they did an a terrific job. I highly recommend Arteno's Advance Irrigation.

Went great. Jeff is the gentleman who serviced our system. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. Showed up early and went right to work. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

We had scheduled a service visit several weeks out, but I was delighted to get a phone call from Jon, saying that he had found an opening in his schedule and could come earlier. He came right away, installed the new device, inspected our lines, and found and repaired a few cuts and other problems. I won't use anybody else for irrigation. I have absolute confidence that Arteno's will do a professional job, charge a competitive price, offer helpful advice, and not try to sell me something I don't need.

Jon's crew spent the day repairing and rerouting our in ground sprinkler system after we had a deck and patio built. The made the system like new again and added or capped heads where necessary to ensure good lawn coverage. They did the work with minimal disruption to the lawn and repaired the areas that were disturbed. Before they left they went through all the zones and make any necessary adjustments.

Serviceman was prompt and fairly quick. Replaced two broken rotor heads and three pop-up spray heads. Adjusted spray angles on a few that were overspraying. He even suggested to relocate one head a couple feet away from bushes so it could get a better pattern, which he only charged about $10 to do even though it took him more time and effort. He was also able to troubleshoot a faulty zone that hadn't worked in years and located the broken valve for it buried out in the yard, although he didn't have replacement parts for it and had to schedule another appointment to replace that valve. However, the valve replacement wasn't part of the original tune-up service request anyway. All this was accomplished in 1.5 hours.

The crew was outstanding in its professionalism, behavior and interaction with the client. They performed the work efficiently and to spec. My only complaint, and for one who doesn't get around as well as he used to not a trivial one, is that they left my good sized brick terrace and driveway awash in mud caked footprints when they left. As there was a hose at both locations, it would have taken only a few minutes to wash away the wet dirt; by the time I noticed and got to it, the mud was dried not entirely removable by a stream of water. I would definitely use them again. I suggest you tell them not to leave before a quick inspection takes place.

They did what they said they would do. Everything was fine.

It went fine and everything was good. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was just fine.
