Description of Work: Used a Deal of the Day with additional fee for extra zones. Did a good job. Fixed some heads. reasonable price. Would've been nice if the itemized bill included which zones the heads were fixed in so that I could keep record but overall, nice job!

Description of Work: Technician showed up on promised timing. He performed sprinkler system tune-up as part of a big deal. During the same visit he fixed broken sprinkler heads and found and fixed the cause of a leak that I've been dealing with for a couple of years (and two other companies tried to fix.) Later, I had another problem - they came out within a few days and fixed that too.

Description of Work: Rick from Arteno's arrived on time and was thoroughly professional--we will definitely ask for Rick again. He spent extra time at our house because we have 12 zones, not 9 as in the Big Deal offer, so there was an extra charge and that was fair. A number of heads had to be replaced and the system reprogrammed for fewer waterings but longer soak times. This encourages the roots to grow down and reach for the water. One head had to be raised and they are coming out free of charge to take care of it. I highly recommend this company.
