We use carpet runners to protect your surfaces & daily clean up. In performing exterior work, your shrubs will be protected during the process. "DDR did it again, About a year ago DDR did a covered patio for us and they did a great job so we decided to have them out for a bigger job. We had them do an addition on our home, we added a master suite with a bath and walk in closet, they also added a half bath for our pool area. All I can say is if you are having any work done on you home you don't need to look anywhere else because this company is awesome. The way they communicate is amazing. Our project manager Nate is the best, I truly feel that this job wouldn't of been so smooth if it wasn't for him. He communicates so well that you almost don't need to do anything because he is on top of everything. Nate and DDR took what is usually a stressful endeavor and had me at ease for the entire build. "I signed a contract on 07/01 and was promised a completion date from August 26 to September 29. The date came and went with no contact from the company. I set a second and third completion date that came and went with no contact with the company. I contacted them a fourth time, and we set up a fourth completion date with the understanding that if they could not complete it, I would get a refund within 3 business days. Again, this date passed and I got no contact from the company. I contacted them to make arrangements for my deposit to be refunded in full. They asked me to set up a fifth completion date, and they are now saying my deposit is not refundable. I want my deposit refunded in full and do not want to be in contact with a company that does not keep its promises. "
