First Choice made it so easy for me. Even though I was out of town, Michael went ahead and got me taken care of. This is the second time that I have used this valuable service. First Choice did an excellent job and showed a great deal of professionalism and care to my property. I recommend First Choice every chance that I get. Great value!

I bought an Angie's list "deal" for power washing. It was $197 for a house power washing. The fine print gave a limitation on the size of the house, which I missed. My house is slightly over 2,000 sq ft. The service cost me an additional $195.80 cents. My BAD for thinking I was getting a "deal". Total cost was $392. He did a great job. The white vinyl siding is white again, with no green on the north side......... The stains on the chimney are gone. The guttering is white again. The only area the doesn't look good is the garage door. Whatever stain was on there did not come off. BE CAREFUL on the DEALS - make sure you read ALL the fine print. If you want your house power washed, this company did a good job.

Michael has always done what he said he would do when he said he would do it and for what he said he would do it for. Have always felt like great value has been received. First Choice has completed roof cleanings, brick paver cleanings, vinyl siding cleanings, driveway cleanings, etc. and all have been done to our satisfaction.

I asked for an estimate using their on-line form. They responded quickly and when I gave the go-ahead, they were there later that day. They spent a long time cleaning it; it was very dirty and large. They were very thorough, moved everything out of the way, cleaned under the base of my basketball hoop, and even used a special process to remove stains from the acorns and mast that falls off my oak tree into the driveway. They sprayed bleach to prevent mildew/mold after they were finished cleaning. They have the special equipment for concrete cleaning (not just a wand - check their web page) and knowledge on how to deal with various situations. Good service, good price, very professional. I would strongly recommend them.

They showed up on time, which is always great! They were polite and professional...and WOW what an amazing job. My driveway looks brand new, not kidding. The cement is so white that i have to wear sunglasses :) Great job and well worth 175.00

I called and asked the gentleman who answered how soon he could do the job because we were having people over needed it asap. He was busy but he asked me questions and quickly assessed the time needed and worked out a time to do it. He showed up on time, did a great job, and I will certainly hire him again. His price was very reasonable as well.

I called yesterday, he came today! Fast and prompt service. Worked me into the schedule for my urgent need. His equipment is the best we've ever seen. Can't believe how fast and efficient it is. Did an amazing volume of work in short time saving me money and time.

I contacted them and filled out the estimate request online about 7/31/13 and received the estimate via email very quickly that same day. I agreed to the cost and asked when they could start and they were able to fit me in the NEXT day, which was great because I'm trying to get my house ready to sell and need everything done fast. They showed up ONTIME, were very professional, and even went above and beyond by doing my back patio (and they had to move 24 bags of mulch off of the patio and then put them back afterwards) for no extra charge! I had 2 realtors come while they were working on the house and both were very impressed with the work and asked how much they charged. Both realtors said that the price was great and they got the name of the company (First Choice Power Washing) to use in the future. I am thrilled with the results (my front door pathway looks like new) and would certainly recommend them! They really should be your "First Choice"

Wonderfully well. I called the company, luckily they were in Versailles on a job and had space in their schedule to clean my house the same day. Were here in less than an hour and finished in less than an hour. Explained the process beforehand and quoted the price which I agreed to. There were two men on the job. One is the owner. They were also happy that they could accomodate me, saying that often at this time of year, there could be a 10-day wait. They were courteous, soft-spoken, articulate, and very professional. I was walked around to review the completed job. The house looked great. Windows sparkle. Landscaping was not disturbed. I paid by credit card. Just a note: I had emailed for an estimate earlier in the month and received an email back saying that it might take awhile since they were so busy. I didn't hear back for several weeks, so, I picked up the phone. Should have not waited so long to call. Owner said that sometimes emails go to spam box and 'get lost'. This little 'kerfluffle' would not deter me from calling them again and highly recommending their service.

We requested a quote from First Choice to pressure wash our home, driveway and sidewalk. via E-mail, I talked to Michael and basicly asked them to come and do the job....On Monday the 22, Michael called me and said that he had a time slot open and would that be a good time to come...I said yes and they come and did the job. My wife and I are very pleased with the job they did. Very professional and timely.

Michael Kreisle responded to my inquiry the same day I made it using the contact form on his website. He was friendly, polite, & arrived at my home just when he said he would. He was very conscientious in his work & the house looks wonderful as a result! It is, unfortunately, rare these days to find a business owner with a good work ethic. Michael's work ethic is not good ... it is excellent. I highly recommend him.

These fellows did a great job for us. Even though the house needed extra work to get it clean, they did it without complaint or extra charges.

From the first contact via Angie;'s List I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of this company. Mike came on the day and time specified and completed the job efficently. He even did a small repair on the siding.

I was satisfied with the finished product. I had asked for the crew to spend some extra time around a few of the windows to remove some caulk that a handy man had gotten on my siding when caulking some windows. I am not sure if they remembered to look at it or just could not get the caulk cleaned off, but the caulk is still on the siding. Otherwise all the surfaces looked thoroughly cleaned. I did not like the streaking and water spots left on the windows. In the future it would be worth it to ask if the windows could be cleaned after the pressure washing was completed. I have the exterior of my house once yearly. The price charged by First Choice was better than I have been charged by other companies.

I answered some questions on First Choice's website in order for them to give me an estimate. I was contacted promptly through email by Michael Kreisle, who asked me about what the inside of the garage was made of and if I wanted a quote for the entire outside of the house in addition. I answered and said that I only wanted a quote for the areas I mentioned. Our house is only 3 years old and the exterior does not need to be power washed at this point. I never heard back from him. I guess this company is only interested in big jobs.
