Mike and team did an excellent job! They were very professional. I mentioned the coupon from Angie's list and he gave me the deal that included washing the walkway to the house. I will definitely call them for other wash related work that I need to get done at the house. Great job!!!

They did a really good job. I don't think they responded to the first appointment. I had to remake an appointment.

Everything was very clean. The only complaint I would have is my lawn furniture we had moved out in the front yard so they could get to our siding got covered with mud that was slung from the machine that cleaned the sidewalk. If I had known, we could have moved them away from that area. We had to wash the furniture after they left. Otherwise they did a great job.

First Choice did an exceptional job. Our driveway and walkways were filthy and probably hadn't been cleaned in at least 10 years. I never even got to meet Michael (all communication by email), but they were prompt, patient with my schedule changes, and did amazing work. The concrete looked new, and they were careful not to cause further damage to old brick pavers adjacent to the driveway. Highly recommended, and will use again.

That went fine. It was my son's house. We did not pay anything extra than the big deal cost of $297. i don't remember the date they came out but it was prompt. I was happy with their service. It was less than a week after I had purchased the deal. They had an opening and they were able to do the house very quickly the same week we called. They just did a good. They were there, they washed the house and they left and everything was fine. The price was good, they were fair. i probably would use their services again.

Sidewalks looked new after wash. House did too. Only issues were that the outside windows were filthy after the washing and we had to go clean them once things dried.

They did a wonderful job. They did a really good job and they were polite. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and all the good things that you like about working with a company.

Purchased Angies List special. The company responded with proposed scheduled time the next day and work was completed as scheduled and professionally. House and back sidewalk looked great. Price was as advertized.

Michael was fantastic. He replied to our purchase on Angie's List within two hours. He was very concerned to get the job done promptly and worked us in the next day. He arrived when he said he would and got right to work. Our siding was quite neglected and now looks brand new. I spoke with him as he was packing up and he was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the process of how siding goes from simple dirt to algae and how his process would keep our siding looking better longer. When our siding needs to be cleaned again (Michael said in two to three years) First Choice will be our first call. I would recommend First Choice to anyone without hesitation.

I called around 10 am, he emailed me back with a price and had someone there that afternoon. I received email photos of before and after, and an invoice in my email that afternoon. House looked sparkly clean and no problems. Very smooth transaction and I appreciated the photos since I was at work and couldn't be there. It was like a fairy bowed up and waved a wand.

They arrived on time and surveyed the work to be done. The $297 coupon included power washing a two story 3000 sq ft vinyl-sided home plus a walkway. My driveway circles around the front of the house and then continues to the back of house to the garage. It is probably 3 times larger than the average two car driveway. They agreed to also power wash the driveway for an additional $300. It took them 2-2.5 hrs for the total job. My house and driveway have never looked so good!! They were very pleasant and very efficient. I will definitely call them again.

Let me first say that our house was in BAD need of a good cleaning, especially in the higher areas around the eves. The results that I got were nothing short of remarkable. I was convinced that it would be impossible to get some areas clean. I was wrong. It all looks great. Add to that the fact they were very responsive, came quickly and were there exactly when they said they would be there and it adds up to a great experience. I am somewhat of a tightwad but this is a perfect example of a situation where it pays to hire someone who knows what they are doing.

I initially contacted First Choice Power Washing based on the volume of positive reviews I saw on Angie?s list. Mike Kreisle, the owner of First Choice Power Washing quoted me a price of $347 to power wash the vinyl siding of my 3-story home. After receiving the $347 quote, I saw an Angie?s List First Choice coupon for $297 for a home power washing (3,000sq feet & 2 stories). Although I had reached an agreement with Mike for the $347 price, I bought the $297 coupon on Angie?s List and Mike willingly honor the lower price, even though my house was 3 story and likely more than 3,000 square feet. My main concern in hiring First Choice was a green algae like residue that an old (since removed) tree had left on the vinyl siding on one side of the house. Some of the green residue was low enough to the ground for me to try to remove, but with my cleaning agent, no amount of scrubbing would remove the green stain. Within minutes of First Choice?s power washing the green stain began to disappear. To my great surprise, Mike not only cleaned the vinyl siding, but the entire house (bricks, porch, etc). A sidewalk cleaning was also part of the $297 coupon. The last thing Mike did was clean the sidewalk. He was packing up when I came back out of the house and I was shocked how much better the sidewalk looked after a cleaning. I never imagined a clean concrete sidewalk could enhance the look of your home so much. Had they not already packed up I would definitely had them clean the driveway. Recommendation ? don?t pass up on a sidewalk or drive way cleaning it?s amazing how much it enhances the look of your home. I thought I receive a great value for the power washing investment and the owner was a pleasure to work with ? Mike was punctual, efficient, thorough and provided more great cleaning than I had expected. I would eagerly recommend First Choice without any reservation

I purchased a coupon special from Angie's List to have my vinyl siding (2 story home up to 3000 square feet) pressure washed along with the sidewalk. The service that was performed was above expectation with an amazing before and after. They worked hard to do a great job in a timely manner. They were very conscientious, courteous and respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any pressure washing that I need. I would recommend them to everyone! There is no need to look elsewhere.

Workers did a fabulous job - I did not expect them to clean all of my porch railings as well as porch ceilings. We have a lot of white trim and a two-story north facing wall that were all dingy and/or green. After the power washing they green is gone and the trim is gleaming white again. The house looks 10 years newer. I was so pleased with the finished job and also very pleasantly surprised that they also power washed the detached garage. I highly recommend this provider. They exceeded my expectations. I purchased a coupon on Angieslist.com and it was a great value. I feel I was treated just as well as a full-paying customer and really, really appreciate the wonderful job they did.

We purchased the online deal which was a quick and easy process. Mike called and set up the appt. with 48 hours. First choice arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. Mike power washed all the siding and paid great attention to detail. As a result, our house looks great! He was respectful of my property, helped move some flower pots and even took care not to disturb a birds nest with newly hatched robins. Mike did a great job and has a great work ethic. We will definitely be using First Choice again and highly recommend his services!!!
