Thank you to J. R. Sullivan and Jerrion of Big Blue Moving. Last Friday was our first move in 28 years, and we had accumulated quite a bit of items. J. R, and Jerrion were coming off of a twelve hour shift the day before, and were not one bit intimidated with the 18 steps from the curb to the front door, nor the 53 steps leading to the third floor of our “new” historic home. With J. R.’s and Jerrion’s coaching and guidance, our move Friday was made much more manageable and they removed much of our stress. Thank you J. R. and Jerrion!

Dylan and Andy did an excellent job on my move. They were informative and worked very hard. I’m impressed. Will definitely refer this company to others.

They were on time , polite, worked quickly and professionally. The had extra time and helped us with Christmas decorations. Go big blue.

Can't recommend Big Blue Moving enough! We moved on 10/19 and required two trucks. Nate, Clarance, David T and David Clark arrived on time and worked very hard to ensure all items were wrapped in protective blankets and then wrapped again in plastic film. It rained all day the day before and the day of the move and we were moving to a new build so the back yard was muddy, the entire crew took care to ensure the carpet and wood floors were kept clean. Moving is a very stressful process and Big Blue made it smooth and easy!

The movers were careful, courteous, professional and stayed till the job was done. Have used them twice now and will hire them again the next time I move.

Our amazing moving crew - Dylan S., Anthony, Jamie and David C. - did an outstanding job loading up our home today, a Sunday, for our out of state move!! They showed up on time and took the stress out of our huge move. They worked so hard and so fast ... our entire 2 story, 4 bedroom home, 2 car garage, full basement and several outdoor furniture sets were wrapped carefully, padded professionally and strategically loaded on the 2 big trucks in just 5 hours!! We've moved well over 10 times and this move was by far the smoothest, quickest and careful loading of them all. They were all so polite, professional and personable. They were even nice to and patient with our 2 dogs. We are looking forward to our delivery and unloading at our new home in Ohio on Tuesday. Tyler Lawson and guys did an amazing job helping me move into my new home. They were quick and professional. I feel like I should mention that the employee named Tyler had a great bread and wasn't bad on the eyes. He gave me some eye candy to look at while they were moving.

I contacted Big Blue Moving to move some items out of my apartment to my mothers house while i am waiting for my house to get finished building next door. They were on time, polite, very professional and lets not forget to mention their customer service was amazing! They wrapped my belongings safely, was very very careful with my items and did not bump into any walls what so ever. They made this moving process so easy for me and my boyfriend and we really enjoyed talking to them. We will definitely be recommending these guys to every one that is looking to get movers!! Keep up the good work guys :) I believe their name was JR and mike or will lol im terrible with names but they started my time @12:51 on 9/12.

Tyler Lawson and Michael Noe were our movers. They did an amazing job!!! We moved an hour away from our previous home. The price I paid was amazing and it included a long distance fee and travel time!! I would absolutely hire them again if I ever move again.

I had oversight of a friends recent move.The movers where polite and professional. They worked hard loading the trucks. My issues that I would not refer or hire again are: quoted a price of $2,500 and charged $5,500. How do you make that big of a misquote when you’ve walked the whole house. Later in the day they said they miscalculated and she was charged $4,600. In addition, the 3rd truck was only 1/2 packed and they left stuff behind; most importantly her chair lift railing. They sent another truck the next day to get the remainder and charged her another almost $400. If that wasn’t bad enough they did not assemble her bed as they were supposed to. Not sure if they put anything else together that they took apart as they indicated to me they would. The 2nd day movers assembled her bed. On top of all that, they just threw her stuff in her new place. According to my friend they accept cash or credit cards as payment. However, If you use a credit card you are charged an extra fee. Since this company Is highly rated rated it was very disappointing to have the experience we had.

Great!! The two men who moved us were absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond anything we expected. I would most definitely hire these two men again any time if I ever have to move again.

A BIG shoutout to Big Blue Moving for helping make our moving day great! Not only were a Ryan S. And Lawrence hard-working and polite, but they took care of each box and piece of furniture like it belonged to someone they cared about. They arrived on time and got right to work with the expertise of two very experienced movers. It was a long and extremely hot day but Ryan S. and Lawrence never complained or stopped until we were completely satisfied. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing movers. Their rates are fair and reasonable.

Not to good. They needed to borrow our tools,broke coffee table, Said 3 to 31/2 hours took them 7 Had a new boy who didn't know how to do anything, I just got a bad crew thats all They are going to try and fix the coffee table I sure hope so we paid a lot for insurance.
