Big Blue Moving

I had a last minute move and Big Blue Moving did the dang thang. From rescheduling me to the following day when I called and asked, to getting me a time window that worked for me, and even waiting until the end of said time window so I could have a little extra time to finish packing!! And that was just the office. Tanner W. And Gavin M. Went above and beyond while actually moving my belongings for me. They quadruple checked to make sure they got everything, confirmed the little details people tend to forget, made sure everything ended up exactly where I wanted it to and how I wanted it. They took care of my belongings and even extra bubble wrapped my mirror for me so that it didn’t get damaged. And they did it all with a smile on their face, in 100° weather. Will absolutely be sticking with Big Blue Moving for all of my moves.

When I moved to Georgia 3 1/2 years ago, Big Blue Movers moved me from Covington KY. I needed them to hold the truck till the next day so I could get to my new residence. Excellent service and everything was done as I requested. I am going to use them again when I move back to Kentucky in June. Highly recommend them.

Amazing!!!! Christian B and Matt M worked so hard to get my move completed quickly and safely. They provided entertainment for me to keep my spirits up as they moved everything out of my home. Big Blue Moving was amazing! Michael B and Christian B were the best. They were patient, professional, polite, and kind….and truly outdid themselves when it came to treating all of our belongings with respect and efficiency. Our 4 year old daughter was with us during moving and had a blast helping them out! They were wonderful including her in moving. We ran over our booking time and they were more than willing to stay and finish whatever unpacking and setting up we asked them to do. We can’t sing their praises enough and well worth every penny. Thank you for all your hard work guys!!! You made moving so much easier!! (And yes we asked them to drive in our new yard…we are in the middle of a drought so we knew it was safe and took the responsibility of any possible damages or accidents, which none happened. They were nervous about doing so and we would cover any issues in case something happened)

This is the second time I've used Big Blue Moving, and once again, I am extremely pleased with the job they did! It was easy to book a move. My two movers were Austin W. and Blake L. They were on time, and very polite and professional. They were quick and efficient to load up all my stuff (while still be careful and thoughtful). Everything was handled with care. When we got to my new place, they were constantly checking with me to make sure everything was put where I want it - where exactly should the beds go, the dressers, etc. They were quick to make any adjustments I asked for. They provided outstanding service. I highly recommend! I will certainly use Big Blue Moving again next time I need a mover!

We recently hired Big Blue Moving and couldn’t be happier with the level of service they provide to their customers! We moved the first 5 days ourselves and by the 6th day of moving nonstop from morning until night, we were ready for our heroes to swoop in and rescue us and finish what we started. The philosophy that Big Blue Moving operates on is that they will say yes to everything. Anything and everything they are asked to do to help their customers get moved will be done with a smile. We were thoroughly impressed with Big Blue moving, with their “can do” positive attitude, their careful and respectful approach to moving our belongings while ensuring they do no harm to our home in the process, and their genuine desire to make themselves useful to their customers because they truly enjoy helping others. Big Blue Moving hires great employees who truly care for their customers and they somehow still manage make it look easy from the first steps into your home until the final wave has they drive away. We were amazed at the high level of service given the reasonable price we paid to our heroes. I would highly recommend Big Blue Moving to all my friends and family! You should definitely call them with confidence to help you with your next move. The only thing that I would recommend is to hire them to do all of the moving. Hindsight, I would have gladly paid double for a professional move, rather than trying to save money by doing what we could on our own. Thanks again Dylan and Joseph! I moved last week and Doug C. and Austin W. were awesome. They answered any questions that I had, were very courteous and extremely careful with all of my belongings. Anyone that has them as a team for their move should feel very lucky. Big Blue is blessed to have them as employees.

Forgive me for the delay in sharing as my move took place almost 2wks ago. But I wanted to make certain to post a review, nonetheless, as I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Matthew Perry (driver) James H & Lyndon (riders) this 3man crew was awesome &made this move so much smoother for me. My pet peeves are punctuality & organization. Home run on both. When I first began searching movers I had reached out to some local Facebook groups for recommendations. I received tons of feedback, with an overwhelming support for these guys, making my choice pretty easy. Again, I really appreciate the time & energy this crew devoted to making this move much easier than I could have anticipated. I will have a 2nd move coming up in about 6wks as my place will not be ready until late June. Should I choose to seek professional movers again, no question that I will seek out help from this same crew! Thank you so much Big Blue Moving! You definitely earn your highly praised reputation.
