Description of Work: On time and excellent service. Did the inspection and repair work - advised against some additional work until repair was validated. Provided guidance on how to maintain skylights and what to look for when doing a self inspection. Very informative and professional. Would recommend to anyone with skylights.

Description of Work: I purchased a total of 9 bags of insulation to be blown in above my garage. A few years ago we had insulation blown in to R60 and were amazed at the difference in our heating/cooling bill. This past winter I was unhappy with how cold the garage was on several occasions and since the door into the house is in the garage I thought I should do something. When they came to check the house before the quote, they were impressed with the insulation in the rest of the house but showed me that there was not a single bit of insulation above the garage. I now have nearly the same R value in the garage area and I can't wait to see how the garage feels when winter arrives. The arrived as scheduled and worked quickly and cleaned up after they finished. Very happy so far...waiting for cold weather to be excited.

Description of Work: They were over an hour late from the time promised. The two installers were very friendly. It did not take them very long to completet the job.

Description of Work: Two bags of insulation were blown into the upstairs and an attic hodd was installed to prevent heat loss out of attic cover. The install went great. Dale and his sons Justin and Sam were extremely nice and completed the job efficiently and timely. I am very happy with the service I received.

Description of Work: Rooftime came out and did a preliminary inspection. They stated that I did not need more insulation. They stated that I had a different problem. They demonstrated that my problem was with ventilation, not lack of insulation. They suggested that I should request a refund.

Description of Work: I want my money back. Just like many of the great deals they come out and try to hit you up with more services. This joker said I had no insulation over my garage and wanted over $1000 bucks to add insulation. The rest of my house was great. I then googled insulation over an unheated garage and found that most of the hits say it is a waste of money. I don't trust these people to fulfill the 500 square feet which - obtw - isn't really 500 feet - as the garage is only 600 sq ft for an additional $1000 + - ...what a joke... please refund my money so I don't have to deal w/these clowns again.

Description of Work: Dale was super friendly and professional when inspecting the leak in my roof. By far one of the nicest contractors I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He clearly knows his stuff, and was able to make the repairs the very next day. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The energy audit was completed in a very professional manner. I was shown pictures using a heat detecting camera that showed where there might be leaks from windows, doors, outlets and duct work during the audit. The gentleman doing the audit was very helpful as far as answering questions and giving his opinion on the quality of the work done in my home, which I appreciated very much! | |The written report followup I received was very informative, and included an estimate to fix any problem areas that were revealed. The estimate to add insulation to my attic was higher than other bids I received, so I declined it. | |Overall, I would say that this was an excellent experience and that a high quality inspection was done. I would totally recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: I wasn't there when they came to clean my gutters, but they seemed to do a great job. I came home and took a few quick glances at some of the gutters I could actually see and they were nice and clean. They even mentioned that they didn't charge me extra, even though my roof was apparently just beyond the allowed "pitch". Also uploaded a before and after picture to Angie's list which was nice.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 large skylights that were 26 years old, boots and fixed one small roofing area that was leaking. The skylight work was done efficiently, and the price was lowest of three bids. The small leaking roof area was not repaired properly on forts visit, and I had to call them back. They did return on a Sunday (their day off)to fix the area. Have not had any problems since.

Description of Work: They are AWESOME! They put a new roof on our house 2 years ago and just recently we had a problem near our chimney.They came out and looked at to for free and suggested a low cost fix that we could do ourselves. We called them and 2 days later they sent someone out. This is AFTER the warranty had expired! This company is one of the few companies where I felt like they REALLY cared and wanted the best for me and my house. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!
