Description of Work: Did not remove old caulk as ideas told they would. | |Caulked on halfway up the windows. Did not caulk upper half. |Not very happy with what we paid for at all.

Description of Work: Checked roof and gutters and repaired a couple of minor problems. Found nothing extra that needed to be done at this time. Recommended regular checks. Very professional and seemingly very honest. I would use them again. This form is wanting for ease of use. I said it went well, and it keeps asking that. There are no other details to provide.

Description of Work: Rooftime installed a second roof over a bay window along with new gutters and a downspout. They also repaired about 20 feet of box gutters on the front porch. |It took 5 months to schedule the work unfortunately, but all the work was completed in one day. No unforeseen circumstances arose so the estimate was the final cost. The workmanship was very good.

Description of Work: Arrived two hours sooner than scheduled time, stating "Angie's List just sends us addresses." Spent time on roof, hammered some things and left. | |Now, he claims he left a report. I never saw it. When I wrote to ask about it, however, he did give me a detailed list of the things he did, so I suspect there _was_ a report that just didn't get to me.

Description of Work: started applying sealant around windows complained about how large the gap was around window. Half way tried to fill the gap and told us the window company installed windows crooked. we had the window company come out and they said the windows shift as the house shifts and the brick doesn't move as much as the windows or frame of the house causing the gaps. They said he should have put in a foam seal then caulk over it with. with the right color caulking. The guy was super nice but not sure he had did much sealing of windows with gaps! Looks terrible! used wrong color caulking so it stands out.

Description of Work: The 1st visit on March 17, the tech did not complete the 15 windows which is stated they would do in the paperwork, he did only 4. I called with my concerns, the tech returned & did not do a quality job. I have pictures of the spots he caulked around the windows, only the bottom on some & didn't touch the bottom on ohters. I sent him pictures from my phone, he made excuses for not doing the job & has no interest in returning to actually put caulk all the way around the windows. I have pictures I can supply for you if requested.

Description of Work: The owner and his sons are so great- I am looking forward to lower energy bills- He really explained things so I felt comfortable with what I got-. I didn't realize insulation was soooo expensive- or I would gotten even more.

Description of Work: Dale was prompt and professional. He explained my purchase and did the evaluation of my home. He gave me several options to consider with no pressure to decide at that moment. Once I made my decision and had the work done I was very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: I bought a $135 skylight inspection and repair package. The inspection was very thorough and 2 skylights were repaired. All 4 skylights will need to be replaced and I plan to work with A New Rooftime on that project.

Description of Work: Attempted to clean gutters. The weather preceding the cleaning was rainy. Quite a few leaves were not cleaned, perhaps due to the conditions. In the following weeks, wind and rain self-cleaned the leaves left in the main gutters. One 4 ft. gutter was not cleaned at all, nor the attached downspout flushed. I question whether any of the downspouts were flushed, which is important to a smooth running gutter system.

Description of Work: Complete evaluation of roof and attic insulation. Repaired crack in attic, filled attic with blown in insulation, added insulating cover to attic access. They were on time and efficient.
