A New Rooftime

Description of Work: We took advantage of the blown in insulation deal in an Angie's List email for our attic. We suspected we needed more than the promotional amount, and we were right as our house hadn't had any insulation added for decades. We were given a few options for the types and ratings of insulation and feel we were given a fair price. | |They even took a look around our roof and pointed out some things we may want to consider having fixed by them while they were there. Roofing is certainly not our area of expertise, but it did not feel like we were just being up-sold or something like that. They went over what really should be done and what was more of an option or that could be fixed down the road without causing things to end badly. We went ahead and had them do a few minor repairs. | |They came out at a time that was convenient for us, installed the insulation and cleaned up everything after themselves. They were in and out in a couple hours. We got the job scheduled closer to when it was warming up, so we didn't get to enjoy a warmer winter home, but the house has stayed so much cooler this summer! We are looking forward to not freezing this winter!

Description of Work: They put new shingles on my entire roof and repair some of my siding that was loose. The job was done quickly and everything was cleaned up when they finished.

Description of Work: Pointed a hand held reader gauge at windows and ceilings and talked about a variety of things that each improve preventing heat loss and maximizing summer air conditioning.

Description of Work: Cleaned my gutters. In doing so, found some roof issues. I was provided with pictures and detailed explanation.

Description of Work: Did not give them a grade. Rooftime came over, looked at the roof and took pictures. We never received a bid. We were impressed with them but without a bid, we won't use them.

Description of Work: Checked all windows and applied caulking. Checked the roof for any issues, pointed out some things that may need addressed in the future, caulked around end caps of roof vents. Gave me tips in preventing ice damming in the winter, which I really appreciated. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took pictures of roof while he was up there and showed me everything while explaining what he saw.

Description of Work: They resealed our box gutters and patched 3 holes in the liner. The office staff were courteous and attentive. The technicians came when they promised and seemed quite professional. Their work looks fine to me, but has yet to be tested by rainfall.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 maintenance package from Angie's List for a New Rooftime. They came out and fixed a league I had as well as sured up my gutters. They went above and beyond what I expected.
