Description of Work: cleaned out 2 gutters. Due to the height of the gutters I was not able to ascertain the quality of the job. I could tell however that the gutters were no longer overflowing so I believe he cleared the downspouts and gutters satisfactorily. I plan to call them again in the spring after my trees drop their seeds.

Description of Work: Mr. Dale Shoemaker arrived promptly on October 26 to evaluate the house and to discuss options available. On November 10, he and his coworker arrived to blow in 500 sq. ft. of insulation. They were efficient and thorough, cleaning up after themselves. | |Mr. Shoemaker did return on one other occasion to make sure that the screen for the window through which they had to bring in their equipment was correctly remounted. He advised me about what I thought was a leak in the roof, which concerned me even though I didn't see how that could be, and he identified that the problem WAS NOT the roof. He could have sold me a new roof, but instead, he was honest and said that my roof was good for a long time. By his approach to me and my concerns, he instilled confidence in me that what I thought was true really was. | |Mr. Shoemaker gave good advice, took time to discuss in layperson's terms about another issue and what we might do, offering to come back at any time to make sure that all my roofing, insulation, etc. needs were met. I am hoping that his advice will lead to a solution which will not require a return service call, but if it does, I know already what to expect; he quoted a very reasonable price. What more could a person want?! | |I was totally pleased with every aspect of A New Rooftime's scheduling, service, and response to my messages. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the work done by this contractor. He arrived promptly and quickly completed the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Description of Work: The money was refunded. They never showed up despite an email confirmation of time and date. I took a half day off to meet with them.

Description of Work: Just cleared gutters, inspected roof, told me roofers in past did not do a good job, may have a leak in attic because of missing shingles, replace roof in couple years at the latest.

Description of Work: General checking the roof maintenance package. Person who did the work was really young. Mid to late 20's. No company logo on his truck. Did detect that my rubber gasket on my roof vent needed to be replaced and he went to purchase that and replaced gasket. Did not give me a printout or copy of report done on the roof. Showed up with no caulk or a caulk gun. I loaned him mine. He had to go purchase the caulk.
