It went very well. Dale provided me with an estimate before I closed on the purchase of the house. We had never met so when I had closed on the house and wanted to have the work done, Dale came back to the house to review the estimate with me. I decided that I wanted an additional gutter that was not included in the original proposal and that increased the cost a little bit but that was more than offset when Dale pointed out that I could use a $100 Angie's List coupon. At that time we agreed that my roofing job was small - less than a day - and it was good "filler" work that Roof Time could do when they could fit it in. They did the job within 2 days. I am very happy with the work and the company itself is very professional, easy to deal with, and trustworthy.

Excellent. The guy who came to my house was very, very professional. He took a lot of time to explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He didn't pressure me to buy a new roof. In fact, he told me I didn't really need a new roof that day, but that the time was getting close. When I do buy a new roof, there is no question that these guys will be top of the list.

Dale was prompt when we first called for an estimate. He explained everything in detail to us and many times offered to take us on the roof to show what was going on. During the job, we had severe storms. Even though the roof was covered every night, they came by around eight that evening to double check to make sure that there were no leaks. Our roof is about 100 years old and we did not want to replace it, so the crew was more than happy to repair it. Approximately 50 tiles had to be replaced on various spots and looking at the roof now, you can not tell what is old and what was replaced. They did a great job of matching the tile. The crew cleaned up every night and left the side and back yard very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have high quality work performed. We certainly got more than we bargained for. Thanks guys!!!!!!!

Called and made arrangements with Sandy to have an estimate done. Dale came to my home the next day and provided and estimate for the work I requested. After considering a few other companies, I agreed to hire Roof Time. Dale then came back to my home at the appointed time to discuss what would be done and provided color samples. A potential hole in the roof was found and the job was made a priority. Materials were dropped off at my house a few days later and when good weather was certain, the tear down began. One half of the roof was completed then stopped until the threat of rain was all clear. What was especially important was that Sandy called me and told me why their roofers did not come back the next day and assured me that they would return when weather was more certain. Roof was completed, venting installed and the yard was cleaned up. The roof decking did not need work. Now I have another reason to wish for rain to try out my new roof! Roof looks wonderful!

Excellent. The owner was able to come out the next day (on a Sunday) to accommodate our busy work schedules. He gave a free estimate and was able to complete the work immediately. He was on time, professional and explained things very clearly. I would definitely use this company again if necessary.

Initially contacted Roof Time by email on weekend & received a response from Dale that same weekend. Contacted by the office on Monday to schedule w/Dale who was out within the week. The appointment with Dale was very informative, we learned a lot, received a free quote the same day. Obtained quotes from 3 other contractors, but decided to go with Roof Time for price & integrity. Signed contract & submitted 10% down payment early May w/work being started 7/23/07. It took us some time to decide on shingle color(which Dale was very helpful w/many samples) & rain delays. Work was actually started & completed the same day. Crew of 12+ guys arrived @ 8:30 a.m. & wrapped up @ 5:00 p.m. These guys were amazing. Went right to work with only two short breaks. Two guys on the ground were always cleaning up the yard. Again, I will say the entire crew were very professional, courteous and we thank them for the quality & expertise of their work performed. Thank you Dale, Duck & Crew, you guys rock!

Dale responded quickly to my initial call, and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He provided helpful literature about box gutters, thoroughly explained everything his company would do, taught me some roof terms I didn't know, and patiently answered further questions when I called after receiving his estimate. Both Dale and Sandy, who takes the initial call, were always pleasant, professional, polite, and helpful. After getting six estimates because I needed such major work, I signed a contract with a different company that offered an extra year's warranty, but Roof Time would have been my second choice.

My husband and I are so impressed with Rooftime; with the work that was performed AND the great customer service that their representative, Dale provided. We called another roofing company before Rooftime, they did come out, but after seeing it was a "small repair" job (instead of a new roof) never came back or returned my calls. Rooftime on the other hand came right out the next day after being called, accessed the problem scheduled us that week, and did a great job. The really impressive part is they called (like they said they would) after we got snow to check & make sure the problem hadn't returned. How refreshing to be treated so well for such a small repair job. We are extremely satisfied with Rooftime and they have earned my trust as an honest company. I have already recommended them to my son, and he also received the same excellent service we did. To sum up our experience with Rooftime, prompt & professional service, great job and excellent customer service!

I would give this company an A+. I am letting the company quote for my siding. The work was explained to us all the way through the job. Many little extras were performed and no additional charges were made to us. They keep you informed all during the process. Dale consistently called and checked on work, even during heavy rains. He's prepared to learn everything about your job along the way.
