We never want to leave a bad impression or 'taste" in a homeowners mouth! We have a phone system that captures and records calls to our office. We never received a call from anyone by this name. We offer FREE estimates on repairs and replacement work; we also do not require any down payments. We have no way to continue/grow our business with-out going out to bid work, be hired to do work, and collect on completed work. We have to have new work to survive as a business; we can never AFFORD to ignore any request to provide a service! We are on facebook, twitter, Linked-in, have 8 company cell phones with published numbers, and we have 2 web pages. We pride ourselves on being available around the clock. If someone wants to reach us, it is very easy to do. We are part of Angie's List Quick Connect premium service, where a member is guaranteed a call back with-in 24 hours of making a request. I am sorry these consumers was upset enough to leave this report, but stand behind what we do, how we do it, and have to honestly say, that this did not happen, and is not in keeping with how we conduct our daily business. Further more; one of the funniest and best television shows ever, in our opinion, is The Office. Our manager MissMona, owns every season on DVD! If a "member name" called and left a voice mail, we would have been laughing and enjoying the irony. We never received a voice mail from this member, and obviously never had a chance to speak with him. The other troubling fact about this report is that he says he called on Monday 2-27, and filed a negative report less than 24 hours from his call, on Tuesday 2-28.
