Salesman was going around our neighborhood scheduling time for estimates. I set up a time but then cancelled after reading the review about pushy salesman. They wouldn't let me off the phone when I called to cancel. They now call every day so I've blocked their number. Their product might be great but I'm not going to be harassed into buying their product. When I say "I'll call you when I'm ready to reschedule," that doesn't mean call me every day.

They did a terrible job. They’re the only ones I’ve used. My gutters were leaking terribly. They charged me for drip edges that they did not even put on. They did not want to give me my money back for it. They did not install it even though it said right in the contract. I would tell everyone not to hire them. I wouldn’t hire them. Outside of my gutters leaking everywhere, what good it is say about them? They were supposed to be professional people. The price could be a little bit better. I bought them anyway because I thought the product was good but if they don’t stand behind their work then they are not worth hiring. The quality of the product is good. The worker is very professional.

The service turned out fine. The job was completed in about a couple days. The gutters work just fine. I was happy with everything they did. The pricing was a little high but the quality of service was high.

The company installed gutters and siding at our home and apartment building. Both projects were completed very satisfactorily. I was really impressed with the follow up and responsiveness to call backs. The lead installer was especially professional and responded to questions and request with courtesy and professionalism. I am very happy with the results at both locations.

I wanted to report on my experience with The Gutter Magician. Our gutters were purchased and installed in the spring of 2014. This was in time to be tested with the spring rains and spring Catkins (Oak tree droppings). The gutters worked well throughout the spring with a little touch of Catkins on the nose of the gutter. The Catkins residue was removed easily. The gutters performed perfect throughout the summer. As normal, price negotiations were no fun but I feel like we negotiated a fair deal. The Gutter Magician Team also helped us find fantastic financing. The install team called prior to arrival and once they arrived they went to work setting up their work area, while the team lead walked me around the house confirming what my expectations were. As the team progressed they proved to be very trustworthy. Per previous estimates we had been told there were no drip edge boards under our existing gutters. The Gutter Magician install team lead came to me and showed me the drip edge boards were on our home and were in good shape. The team lead talked to me and said unless I preferred they install new drip boards they would leave the existing drip boards there. This reduced the total cost of the work performed. The Gutter Magician gutters actually look better on our home than the original gutters installed by our builder. The team lead was very helpful and communicated his thoughts well when suggesting changes in gutter routings. There was one change I turned down and there was no pushback or issues not wanting to take that suggestions. Their customer service team has followed up with us a couple times to ensure everything is working properly and to see if we had any issues or concerns. They have responded to our questions in a reasonable amount of time. I would not hesitate to recommend The Gutter Magician system and truly appreciated their feeling of responsibility to the homeowner.

The person that came to tell me about it gave the best presentation I've ever seen in my life (and I'm 67 years old). He brought models from competitors and was very thorough. The crew that came to put them in did all the work professionally. They did an excellent job, didn't bother me, and did not stop until they were done. They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, too. When they left my yard and driveway looked better than when they got there.

The company sent a representative to my home to review the property and present their product to my wife and me. They were very in-depth and professional in describing their product versus the competitors offerings without being condescending or degrading the competition. They instead spent their time assessing what I needed and if their product would do what I needed it to. I found this to be refreshing. Once the particulars had been established with financing and specifics (they offered their own financing - a good deal too), the work was done quickly and efficiently the very next week. The cleanup was done well (no nails, shingles, etc. to be found later). My previous gutters were poorly installed and were leaking and causing issues with the foundation. They reconfigured everything with the new roof and gutters and I now have no problems. In addition, one of the employees took the time to describe how I could fix some of the damage caused by the earlier leak myself rather than trying to sell his services. He did let me know that he could do it, but that he thought I could do it just as easily myself. I found that reassuring and something that I will remember. I have already recommended this company to my neighbor because the entire process was clean, efficient, and professional and still reasonably priced.

What a shame ... I did my research on gutter guard systems and REALLY wanted the product offered by gutter magician. A sales representative came to my home at a time convenient for me, and explained the product. Everything was going well until the price quote. The sales rep did warn me ahead of time that there would be "an incentive" to sign today, however I didn't think the "incentive" would be a price difference of >$2,500. I was pressured to "commit now" if I wanted the "best" price of $4,000... otherwise their "actual price with the year guarantee" was $6,250 (which was obviously a fake price). When I asked if I could think about it and let them know later I was told that I could, but the price would be $6,250. It is ashame that a company that offers a good product operates this way. I am not one to "act on an impulse" and I simply wanted a day or two to think over it. I was most likely going to go with them, but signing to $4,000 on the spot is not in my nature. Does anyone offer a good gutter guard system like theirs without the high pressure and games? Most home improvement companies provide a solid, "best price" quote up front and don't play games like this. I have had my siding, roof, entry door, hardwood floors, kitchen, etc all replaced recently and I have never experienced any gimmick like this. Again, why does the gutter guard business have to be full of sales games?

We scheduled an appointment after a very nice gentleman came door to door in the neighborhood and asked if we would like an estimate. We agreed. Little did we know that we set ourselves up for a long drawn out game of demonstrations/price guessing/bait & switching/conference calls with the salesman's supervisor. Very contrived delivery of the sales pitch. Too many games and too high pressure. They told us that the price we were offered was only good if we agreed to the service that day. I don't think anything is a good deal if I can't take some time to think about it. The company seems to have a great product, it's just not affordable or practical for a home like ours. Overall the sales experience is what drove us away and into the arms of another more affordable contractor.

We were in desperate need of new gutters. We have a 2-story home that had very old gutters - we were not good about cleaning them - they were full of debris and pulling away from the house. We researched a lot of gutter products and took a long time before making a decision. Installation team arrived on time 9:00 am They were very professional and very skilled technicians. Kept me informed through entire job. Job completed early afternoon as I was told. Everything was completely cleaned up and nothing was left behind. Gutter system is beautiful!!! This weekend August 31 we had significant storms and the new system performed beautifully!!! I am very happy with the service of the Gutter Maqgician team. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone.

Last year, after I had spoken to a door to door solicitor, I had a Gutter Magician sales representative come to my house to demonstrate their product and provide a quotation. I was really impressed with the robustness and quality of the product; however, at the time could not afford the price they had quoted. When a door to door solicitor came again this year, I explained the situation, and again they sent a salesman to the house to see how they could accommodate me. We were able to agree on a fair price, and the salesman wrote up a very comprehensive and detailed description of work and contract to replace all of the gutters and downspouts on my house. We agreed on a general time frame for the work to be done. The actual service date was communicated to me several days in advance. The installation team arrived promptly as scheduled and proceeded to remove the old gutters and downspouts and install new ones. The 3 man crew completed the job in about 4 hours and did very good work. They left after nicely cleaning up after themselves. I am impressed with the functionality of the system and look forward to not getting up on a ladder to clean gutters this fall.

The installation went very smoothly. workers and contractors arrived on the day promised and completed the work in the time that was stated to be complete. Site was cleaned up very well with only minimal amount of debris left behind. All landscaping was carefully worked around with no damage to my extensively landscaped yard. I was consulted as to the placement of new downspouts in order to be more conveniently located than the old system. The few requests I had were easily accommodated. Very professional installation with cordial and clean cut workers.

The sales people were very personable , at first I was a little leary of their friendliness as my previous gutter covers company had left me in a lurch when they went out of buisiness and my lifetime guarantee went poof. But everyone I had dealings with at the Gutter Magician were knowledgable and very informative. The salesman took me around showing me my areas of concern ,then went into detail on how their system works. They had a payment plan which made the replacement doable . I was contacted a few days before they workers were coming, I did not have to be home for the installation. When I got home the workers were friendly and courteous, and seemed to take pride in their work. I liked the custom made gutters , the color choices, and how nice they look on the house. We've had 2 good downpours since the installation and so far the gutters have performed as promised. There is a lifetime clog, workmanship and materials guarantee, hopefully they will be as prompt and courteous if I neeed to call on them again in the future

We met with a representative about two weeks prior to the service being done. The rep was great and spent time to explain their system and their competitors systems side by side. The system was higher quality for similar price. They scheduled the work to be done two weeks later. The team came onsite and set up in the front yard. The job took most of the day. The old gutters were removed and new ones put up. They removed all of the trash and allowed us to inspect several times. I can't say enough great things about the people and product. Definitely worth it!

The quote from The Gutter Magician Inc. were fine, but we just chose not to do the project at this time.

We met with the Gutter Magician salesman and he gave us a quote that was extremely over priced. After we refused, he acted as if he was pulling some strings to get us a better price by calling his manager and we were given a discount. They acted as if we had to except the offer on the spot to get the deal so we signed a contract, but were told we could cancel it within 3 days if we changed our minds. After 24 hours of thinking we decided that the discounted price was still over priced so I called several contact numbers, sent an email, and sent a letter in writing notifying the company to refund us our money, and they did. I would encourage all those who want to cancel within that 3 day window to do the same.

Went very well. They even made sure that my mail didn't get disrupted even though their truck partially blocked my mail box. They cleanded up trash and I found only two or three odd small pieces (dropped screws mostly) when I checked the yard. Very happy with how things went.

It was so long ago I've forgotten many details. The sales presentation was thorough and answered all of my questions, but it was bit long. I have had these gutters for over a year and so far have been pleased. In fact, the amount of water that pours over the tops of the remaining box gutters has decreased since the Gutter Magician ones were installed. At some point in the future I plan to have them remove the box gutters and install their system on the rest of the house.

They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

I had no problems with them. They showed up on time, cleaned up well, and when I called about one thing that seemed wrong, they were out the next day to fix the problem.

Overall, the experience was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure everything was covered, including understanding expectations. The result was better than I could’ve expected!

Everyone I dealt with from this company was top notch and the installation crew was fantastic. They did a wonderful job! The gutters look great and handle the rain well; I can’t believe how well the gutters handle even the hardest downpours. They’ve performed as advertised. The only issue is the gutters ice after a snow, but we knew there would be some of that; the salesman was upfront about the ice.

The Gutter Magician, Inc. seemed very confident and the quote was pretty comprehensive. I would have done it if they weren't so expensive. They seemed very responsive but when I said I'd check somewhere else they said they'd check their stock to see if they could give me a discount. They've never called me back. They seemed like they really knew what they were doing and they offer a good product but they're expensive.

We spoke to a rep at the Aurora Indiana Farmers Fair, and scheduled an appointment.The salesman demoed all of the top gutter sheading systems, and showed us the physical differences in size, gauge and durability.I took my time choosing the colors to be used over the next week. I chose a taupe shade to match the existing flashing and white for one of the 5 downspouts on a white porch post, with a diverter for my rain barrel, in the warm months, switching to gutter with just a lever for cold months.The installers were really nice guys, and they did a great job, as I was out there the whole time. They even ran a longer piece through my garden to keep it away from the house in the cold months, all other downspouts go into drains that run out further on the property.We love these for their rain collection, and the easy to remove, and clean leaf collector bins in the down spouts.We Were Told there would be Ice Sickles.The only thing we don't like about the gutters are the Ice Sickles in the winter. They get to be 2 to 4 feet long, off that top drip edge. We wack them with a long push broom, so there is no harm to anyone from 2 stories up. Although one did put a nasty dent in my new coach lamp out back.I would love to have these in Florida.Never any clogs, after 3 years.
