One of the best home repair contractor experiences I've had. Quality product, reasonable price, responsive customer service, properly and quickly installed, fixed problems with existing gutters, great/transferable warranty.

It went well. I loved the amount of colors I could choose from. The installers were professional and the gutter quality is very good. I’m very satisfied.

The gutter magicians took care of everything, I was slightly stressed about the situation as I had squirrels in my gutters and they addressed the problem and now my gutters look sleek and nothing can get in them! The crew was great and I didn’t even have to be present for them to complete the job. The initial consult was extremely thorough and helpful, Adam let me know all my options for solutions on my gutters and even had other prominent gutters people use to compare the pros and cons to their product. That was the most helpful part personally and I’m glad I went with gutter magicians

From sales to installation the folks at The Gutter Magician were fantastic. We are extremely happy with our new gutters and so happy to never have to get up on a ladder again. The installation was very quick and the team was amazing.

These gutters are great. No more clogged down spouts, over flowing gutters, or cleaning out leaves. No problems after two heavy rains. Installation was fast and professional. A neighbor stopped to tell me how good they look.

The problem is that what the salesperson sells old people is that they will fix your gutters and soffits and you will not have to worry about them for a while (more then 6 months.) We had them out to replace gutters and repair soffits. Soffits more than gutters because we had bird damage. They inspected our soffits, they recommended soffit repair on 2 sides of the house, and they wrote the contract. 6 months later we have bird damage on one of the sides of the house BUT it's the side of the front porch and not the side of the house, so it's not covered in the contract. Both the side of the house and the side of the porch have the new gutters, so it's not like we knew this part of the house was excluded. The ONLY disclosure we were told regarding the soffits was that the new soffit might be a different width then the old soffit. The tech was dismissive. The owner was mean. He speculated that we did not want the porch's soffit repaired, we only wanted gutters on the porch to save money. Not true. He then said we were trying to get something for free. I said we paid 8k and he replied in a syrupy sweet way $8400. Normally placid me almost threw my phone at a tree. So now we need to get a new company out for a small job. I have to pay for their time and to get on their schedule. I understand that, I am po-business and do not want anything for free. It's just frustrating because it's hard to get someone out for a small job then it is for a big one. Side note: They said I did not need gutters on my back porch, but they would take the old gutter off because it wasn't doing anything. They didn't and I didn't complain.

There were no problems. The salesperson did not pressure any decisions and was straightforward about options and pricing. The work was scheduled quickly and was completed in a timely manner. The job clean-up was appropriate. The gutter guards have worked as expected with no problems.

Overall, gutter magician did a nice job. They were very knowledgeable in helping us make a decision on which gutters to select. They were willing to work with us on price to meet our budgetary needs. In order to meet that, in return we were required to have a gutter magician sign in our yard for an agreed amount of time. They were able to have a team out to replace within a week of order as all gutters are made upon order. Subsequently we have had no issues.

From the start of the process to the finish everything with The Gutter Magician went seamlessly. Our salesperson, Mike Gardiner, explained every step of the process very thoroughly and the installation and cleanup went very well and as expected. The clean up was so thorough that we wouldn't have known they were working on the house when we were at work! The finished product looks fantastic on our house, and when it rains we no longer have the issues we were having with our old gutters and downspouts.

They came and completed my gutters in a professional way.

I was saddened by my dealings with the owner, Doug Verst. When I reviewed the paperwork and did the walk around to verify, there was a gutter downspout missing from the paperwork. When I pointed this out to the salesman, he assured me at the time that the gutter he had omitted from the paperwork would be included when the gutters were installed. He said that he really didn’t want to rewrite the paperwork. I had no reason not to trust in his word. However, when it was not done and I was missing a downspout, I contacted the Doug Verst to request that the promise made be honored. There were phone conversations and many text messages exchanged. The final result is that I was told I would have to pay for it because it was not on the paperwork. Mr. Verst did not honor the word of his salesman. My house is lacking a downspout.

Installation was prompt and complete. I am happy with replacing my old 4” gutters with 5” gutters. So far the gutter covers seem to keep the leaves out. I didn’t have to clean them last fall.

Installation went pretty well. Had to call them back out after the first rain, the gutter in the back of the house needed better securing. They responded the same day. Just went through the first snow, the gutter in the back which has gutter guard, the snow seems to melt and freeze on the top of the guard thus causing a icy dripline on my deck. This is not ideal.

Went well. Good Quality and No hassle installation.

Very professional from the salesman to the field workers. Mike (the salesman) explained the venting in the soffit, the gutter/downspout material/connection and their gutter spikes. He had examples. The field workers were very polite and respectful. They were timely, asked if I had any questions several times and the quality of work was top notch. Highly recommend.

We learned that a complete gutter replacement was not necessary for our home. Our problem was fixed with just two upper sections replaced. Gutter Magician matched our existing color perfectly. Problem solved! From the first call to Gutter Magician, to meeting with Mike Gardiner, who came out to inspect our situation, to the final install by Jesse Troxell, Kyle Spade, and Josh Lakin we were completely satisfied. We recommend them 100%!

We were out of town when the gutters were installed. When we got home the gutters were installed and they looked great. They did have to come back and make an adjustment to the back gutter after it rained. From the salesperson to the installers, they were all very friendly and professional. I will call them again when I need gutter or roof repair.

1. Overall The Gutter Magician personnel were professional in their product presentation. RJ answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. Dave informed us quickly of the changes in the dates for installation based on COVID restrictions. 2. The original installers were respectful and completed the job in the timeframe given. They cleaned up the yard and removed all old materials efficiently. 3. After a huge storm occurred within a couple of weeks, there were a few issues with water overflowing and splashing dirt onto our walkway. After reporting the concern and showing pictures to Ron the issues were immediately resolved very professionally. 4. We are very pleased with The Gutter Magician of Northern Kentucky. The people we encountered were polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. As a result, we had a neighbor see the sign in our yard, stopped by and asked us about The Gutter Magician and was interested in contacting them.

With rainy weather, the job took two days. The first rain after installation, I noticed a drip in a corner joint. Called the company, they repaired the same day. All seems functional now.

I had called a few different people and received quotes. The salesperson came for the house was very friendly he wasn’t pushy he had a sample gutter with him with many colors to choose from all from the same price. A little over a week later they came out had them installed in one day. They cleaned up everything. I’ve had several heavy rains since then and there is no leaks like I had previously. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend.
