Excellent work. On time arrival and finished the same day

From the beginning the service was very professional. They explained their product and the differences between their competitors and the process for the installation. The initial price they quoted took us by surprise, but they gave us discounts that made their product very competitive considering gutters and down spouts they had to replace. All together from introduction thru clean up a solid A. I will update this review after our next big rainfall.

Everything went as promised, the job was rescheduled one time due to storms (obviously a safety issue) but was quickly rescheduled a few days later. I received several phone call updates during the process of ordering, installation and follow up. The job was completed quickly and the finished job was more than promised, other than the new gutters I couldn't tell any one had been in my yard.

Great ! When the salesman came out he quoted a price of about $4500.But was able to provide an $800 dollars discount, which was higher that the discount I would get from Angie's List. That included move the down spout from one side of the awning to the opposite side of the awning and digging to replace the underground the corrugated tubes that , the above ground section, was in bad condition from years of normal wear and tear. Well, when the actual work crew came out, they discover that the down spout on the awning couldn't be switched, due to the pitch of the awning, and that there was on need to dig because they could just replace and attach the down spout to the tubing already underground, by just extending the down spout and replace the connection to the underground tubing that takes the rain water away from the house's foundation. Which took about $ 1000 additional dollars of the contracted bill.

Two visits. One to clean gutters and second a few weeks later to seal corners and remove blockage of one elbow. Gutters working well now with no leaks.

During the sales process, I felt very educated on the the benefits of these gutters, but the process was extremely long. Our salesman was very professional and courteous. There is room for price negotiation. On installation day, everything went great.

We were very impressed by the heavy duty product, overall design, number of color options and impressive anchoring support system. Installation was scheduled less than 10 days after the sale, the installers arrived on time, their work was exceptional and cleanup / debris removal was 100% complete. I had not given much thought to the aesthetics of purchasing a new gutter system and was amazed at the improved appearance. There is no doubt that I should have done this years ago!

Didn't know their was so much in buying a gutter system! Gutter Magician of Northern Kentucky clearly detailed what there system did and what the others didn't. If I did this years ago it would have save a lot of money in not paying for gutter cleaning services! Installation crew outstanding, clean-up was spotless, ladder they use rested on the roof, that's what professional use. I highly recommend Gutter Magician of Northern Kentucky, stop looking, call them today!

Work was done very well. I had gutters replaced about 3 years prior, but they were not good quality. The new gutter have been up about a year and work very well. Even on hard rains, the water is caught in the gutters and does not flow over the hood. They also look good.

Showed with a group of fast and skilled workers. Finished in a matter of hours and left the work area pristine.

Prompt and professional service. The gutters and aluminum cladding look great. Good quality and will last for decades to come. I would use them again.

The Gutter Magician did a great job! I was in need of new gutters (bent, pulling away, overflowing).... I had them worked on a couple time in the past, but the problems would come back...so knew it was time to get rid of & get new. The GutterMagician did a very professional job. The crew was on time, very polite and answered my questions ( even made sure the deck gate was closed so my dogs did not escape). The new gutters look great! The color matches my trim quite well! The nice 'straight' line looks sooo much better on my home!! and there is no more 'overflowing' with heavy spring rains.

I didn't use this company because they kept pushing me when I told them that I didn't want their services. The representative that came out was very nice.

The crew was very professional and friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. The yard was cleaned up so well it was hard to tell they had even been there. The office staff was courteous and helpful. We recommend Gutter Magician of No. Ky to homeowners looking for a leaf guard system. 'We look forward to autumn when the leaves fall because we will not be climbing a ladder to clean the gutter. As an added bonus, when the wife throws the tennis ball for the dog and it lands on the roof it will no long get caught in the open gutter. THANK YOU GUTTER MACIGIAN !!! .

Service was ok. They have to come back out to fix a few things.

The workers were fine. I wasn't around when they were doing the work. One of the workers broke one of my yard accessory, and they didn't do anything about it. They said they didn't break it while they were the only ones that were there.

Everything went fantastic. Showed up with 6 people and it took just a few hours of tearing down gutters and putting new ones up. Very happy.

We had gutters installed on our whole house by Gutter Magician recently. A previous reviewer said the salesman was ?high pressure?, they are right about that. I didn?t really mind because I was ready to buy, but you have to let him go through with all his books and charts and samples, so be ready for a couple hours of his speech, then he ends it up with a ?Today Only? price. Anyway, they did install the gutters and 2 hours later a light rain started. My wife noticed the rainwater was running down the backside of the gutter instead of into the gutter and called the installer. He showed up a while later and put caulking to seal it. A few days later, we had a heavy rain and the problem of water running down the back of the gutter was unacceptable, it wasn?t just the one spot but all the gutters were leaking. She called the Gutter Magician and that?s when trouble started. They told her it was our fault because we didn?t buy the drip edge. Both the salesman and the installer had said we didn?t need any drip edge. It ended up that the Gutter Magician would send someone out to caulk the entire gutter job, but they wanted $200.00 to do it. We said fine, just fix it, and had an appointment for them to come out about 2 weeks later, however they did not show up or call and we haven?t heard from them since. We had someone else repair the shoddy installation. So as for the 20 year warranty, you may as well cut it up into 4? strips, roll it up and put it in your bathroom, that is about all it?s good for. Now for the truly magical part of the Gutter Magician?they don?t make gutters and they don?t install gutters. A day before the installation date a truck from a building supply company in Alexandria came by and made the gutters and left a box with all the hardware on the porch. Next day a private contractor showed up to do the installation. Pretty magical? I would recommend avoiding these people, there are plenty of others. I used them because of the good reviews , but who knows how many of those they wrote themselves. For what they charge (up to $35.00 per foot) their customer service should be excellent but it is non-existent?

I had a new gutter system installed on a 25 yr old 1550 sq ft ranch style house 05/26/2015. They arrived early to get the job done because storms were in the weather forecast. They even brought in extra help to get the job done faster. They did a real nice job and the gutters look great. The gutters are made out of heavy duty materials and it shows. I didn't get any other bids, so I can't comment on the price being high, low or avg. I would recommend The Gutter Magician of Northern KY.

Install went great. Still too new to evaluate system but happy and if it does what the sales person said it will, it will solve a lot of my problems.

There were here and gone in less then 3 hours. Although a simple installation, (2 straight gutters), it was knocked out in no time with 5 guys, each doing what they obviously done many times before. The paint matched perfectly, so it looks great. The gutters are reinforced and large enough to handle the biggest of downpours. I would recommend to anyone who needs new gutters.

As part of my contract I am writing this review...gutters look good, however, our last heavy rain I had Niagara Falls outside my front window. They came, their first suggestion was to put a third down spout on the front of my house (no way) my old gutters didn't need it. So they lowered each end of the gutter, I don't know if this worked yet, I have yet to have any heavy rain only the future will tell.

We had Gutter Magician replace our roof and gutters about 8 months ago. The installation was fast and without incident. Minor issues were promptly addressed. We love the appearance of both. We?ve been especially pleased with the performance of the gutters. I had expected some ?run off? in heavy storms, but have seen none with the heavy storms we?ve experienced so far. One exception - a roof valley that channels water from two roofs to one corner of the gutter has had some overflow in the largest downpours. But this is more attributable to the roof design than the gutter limitations. In fact, the run off now is less than it was with our old open gutters. For the last several years I?ve had clematis plants die beneath the eaves, due to overflow from clogged gutters. But this year all plants are doing fine. In spring we get an abundance of small debris, pollen and ?flowers? from locust and oak trees. I was concerned that this small debris would get into the gutters and create clogs there or in my underground drain pipes. I had a trap installed in one down spout so I could check how much debris was getting into the gutters and being washed to the underground drain pipe. In 8 months I?ve collected a total of less than 1/8 cup, so plan to remove the trap. This is impressive considering the multiple trees surrounding our house. Of course, there might be debris collecting in the gutters that I can see, so there might be issues years later. Some debris gets washed to the gutters and gets hung up on the top surface. But after it dries it blows away leaving a clean appearing gutter. In fall we get an abundance of leaves. Although we?ve yet to experience a full fall season, I have no doubt that the large leaves will be shunted away even better than the small debris. Last winter a few small icicles formed, but this may have been due to unusual weather conditions. The gutters did not appear clogged and there was no evidence of ice dams. We?ve been very pleased with the product, although I did not care for their sales tactics - free estimates that evolve into special discounts that are only available if you act now. Ordinarily I refuse any deals that are good only if you ?act now.? It makes me suspicious of the product and the company. But this product is good, and the company has delivered as promised.

They were very professional, timely and customer friendly. They delivered the product as promised in a very timely fashion and went above and beyond to keep me informed. After they were finished with the installation, they did a walk around and made sure I was satisfied with the end result (I was). I would highly recommend them for gutter installation.
