I find this negative rather peculiar. This customer of ours has never called in for a service call or anything relating to a bad installation or anything wrong with the performance of the 6 inch seamless gutter system that we installed. However, he did call about 9 months ago because a drip edge was not installed on the gutter system. Keep in mind we installed this job in September of 2015. He was upset because we did not install a gutter drip edge, but it was specifically stated in his contract that we were NOT to install a gutter drip edge. We have the contract to prove this. We did not install a gutter drip edge because this homeowner had a price point that he wanted the pay and did not want to spend more than that price point, therefore, we installed a gutter system that met his budget. He knew we weren't installing a drip edge and signed off on it then called a year afterwards complaining that there was water getting in between the gutter and fascia board. We told him "of course water is getting in between the gutter and fascia board that is because no drip edge was installed as per contract stated." We told him we could come out to install a gutter drip edge and we gave him the price of what the gutter drip edge would cost and we have never heard back from him. So I guess is is referring our company as " a hack" because he wanted something for nothing. He got what his contract stated and as he agreed, initialed, and signed off on. We will still come out a install a drip edge for him if he wants for the price of what the drip edge costs. By the way, this customer unfortunately can get many of his facts straight. He stated above the work was completed on 4/2/2016. He signed a contract with us on August 24, 2015 and job was installed 9/9/2015. He is calling in a bad review on us for some reason a year and a half later over absolutely nothing that we have done wrong. I tried to call this customer today and his phone number is disconnected.
