It worked out very well. The man who came out did the job very quickly. It took him maybe an hour to do it. I was surprised how fast he did it. The garage door is not making noise now and it was squeaking all over the place before so it is working quite well. I think that $99 was probably reasonable for the work done and the quality of the work was excellent. I called one day and he was there on the next. He came right about when he was supposed to and he was very nice. He also cleaned out the door really well.

It turned our really nice with Absolute Overhead Door Service. They did a really good job. He did what he said he was going to do and he left. he didn't take much of my time which was good.

It was great. There were no additional charges. He was here for probably an hour working on the door. Since he fixed it, it has been great. He was very honest and he was timely and did a great job. It was my first time using them, but I will definitely use them again.

Called ahead of time to let me know he was 10 minutes out and arrived during the time given on the phone this morning. Very friendly and professional. Job was done in 30 minutes. Price not bad. Would use them again.

Absolute Overhead Door Service did an excellent job. I purchased the garage door tune-up. My garage door was tuned up and he fixed the problem we were having with no extra charge. Very prompt and did a great job!

It was an awesome experience. It went really well and very fast. The man who came out was very friendly. He just came in and did his job and it was done so quickly. It was done in a couple of hours and he was out of here. It was perfect. Compared to the old one, the new garage door is great. It was so noisy before and now, it is quiet and we love it. The price for the service was very average with the price of everybody else so we did not feel gouged.

Answered my call immediately. Came out the next day at 9am. Replaced the gear sprocket. All went well. Since our door was fairly new, he did not replace the rollers saving us $15. Spoke to my husband at length about the pros and cons of replacing the entire door opener vs. just the sprocket. We were very satisfied with the information and reasons given for just replacing the sprocket and with the quick response time. Also, I had called another company before calling Absolute. The other company's trip charge was a full $35 more!!!

Both doors were damaged, one could not be opened at all and the largest of the two doors would not lower down on its own. Contacted Absolute Doors and their technician offered to come the very next day. I couldn't be home that day, but arranged for the following day at the same time. Awesome service, both doors now work and sound better then they ever did. I bought my home new 6 years ago and the garage doors always sounded like they were just going to fall off when you raised or lowered them. Now, you can barely hear them as they raise and lower. I highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I liked them. They gave me the quote over the phone and stuck to it. The technician came out that day when he was supposed to and was very friendly. It was a really nice experience and the quality was great; everything is working.

I called another garage door company in Louisville on a Friday afternoon at 5pm but they could not make it until Tuesday. I needed it fixed right away so I took a shot in the dark and called these guys. Vince always answered the phone and set an appointment for Saturday. They did the repair and the pricing was in line with what my neighbor paid from another vendor. They charge the same $40 service fee on weekends or during the week so that was a plus.
