Appointment set between 1300 and 1500, arrived a few minutes before 1300. Received notification via test of who the tech is that is coming out including a photo. Tech Zach M, called and notified that he was on his way. Zach arrived in a company branded vehicle which was easy to identify. Zach seemed very knowledgeable of what was needed, offered a recommendation for replacing both springs since the first one broke second may be on its way to breaking too. Zach was friendly and business appearance exceeded expectations. I had both springs replaced on the garage door and was up and working in under 45 minutes. I will recommend this company to anyone and will use them again if needed.

The work was complete in less than an hour and the door now function perfectly. They charged me 300.00 just for the opener. I could have bought 2 complete openers for that price at Sears. But they get you, because if you don't use their service after they check the problem out, they charge you 75.00. And you still have to get a new opener. Way overpriced.300.00 dollars. I wouldn't use them again.

I remember them coming out. They were relatively fast and thorough, and fixed the problem right away.

Cost was pretty steep and the replacement spring looks to be about half as beefy as the original. I would have sought another bid but couldn't chance the broken spring doing further damage. Routine maintenance checks seemed very quick. Work that was done was professional in quality.

Excellent service, fixed an older garage door and set my garage door opener in my car for me.

They were okay. We had them out twice. They thought they fixed the problem but the guy told us we probably need a whole new garage opener and then when we set that apartment out, it came out that he fixed a loose wire in the breaker on the bottom side of the garage door and said it's all we needed. I had a coupon that he never did acknowledge.

I called to schedule and appointment first thing in the morning and they sent somebody out at 1 pm. The gentleman explained exactly what he needed to do and he got everything finished in about an hour. I also used a 10 percent off coupon from Angie's list. He was courteous and professional and they did exactly what they were paid to do. Great experience.

Love the garage door. Technician was very pleasant, professional and efficient. He did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

It worked well. They charged additional but we agreed upon it. They did what they said they would do.

Overall, I was satisfied with both the service performed and the price...this company was the cheapest of several we considered, and Angie's List customers get a 10% discount. The installer had a few challenges to deal with with our garage...it's an older structure, and definitely not square. Removing an existing door, installing a new door, and removing and re-installing another door took him about 8 hours, and he worked past sunset until about 7pm. The doors work, and while I wish there weren't gaps in some places, it's not his fault the doors weren't square. I've since bought PVC weatherstripping to fill in the gaps myself. Two issues with the service, though. First, the company told me that the installer would be there at 10am, and I planned my morning and work schedule around being home and available at that time. That morning, I got a call saying it would be closer to 11. It was actually 11:15, which put me in a difficult situation with some appointments I had already scheduled. Second, the installer removed the existing old garage door, and put it in the yard while he worked. The door had windows, and all of them shattered. I've been picking glass shards out of my yard for days, and I was disappointed by this unprofessional behavior.

It worked out fine. They came out and looked over everything and said that I did not need anything. He did not even charge us for the big deal. I was impressed that they had handled it that way. I would use them again.

He was wonderful and so professional. Last Tuesday, he came up and one of the doors was sticking. He said he would be up the next day. He looked at it and told me he thought eventually he would have to replace the door. Normally, a business man would say you need a new door, but he still fixed it where it would go up so far just so we could get the vehicle in the garage and use it temporarily. He was one of the most ethical people I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a big deal from him and he was wonderful. He lives in Kentucky and roughly 45 miles away from me. He came all the way up to me and was wonderful. My garage door is sticking a little big but he is coming tomorrow to fix it. He guarantees his and is a very good guy.
