"John claims to be a great Christian honest man which I really felt good about until he got here and started trying to upsell me on many other things I did not hire him for. Now I did not do any of those things because I would have spent a small fortune if I had. As far as I can tell right now the air conditioner is fixed properly but it?s only been one day. Just hoping I was right to trust him on that. He also did not stick to his original price he gave me but came down $50 off the $100 more he added. I just needed air conditioner fixed fast and hope the price was fair. He carry?s on too much about being an honest Christian person , but trying to upsell things never hired for is not so honest and Christian like to me. I was surprised by all of that and that is why I don?t have the trust in him I originally had. I just pray I can trust the work he did but now I would be hesitant to hire him again. Sincerely. "They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

"The worst company I have ever dealt with! They quoted our job and said it would be done in a few weeks (this came from the sales person and the boss/owner). We all understand covid happens and there are delays for everything. However months later when they finally gave us an install date they were a no show! The day after we called and they had blocked our number.. After we finally got them on the phone they tell us they no longer have time for our project. I have never had such an overall poor experience with any company. Please stay far away."
